    This list is awful.

  • FoxyMoustache

    Tangled? Kung Fu Panda? Err…

    • Jim222001

Yeah both are good but I don’t really consider them fantasies. Especially Kung Fu Panda.

  • Strider

I wonder who the idiot was that gave Wizard of Oz a rotten score. Did his kids disown him.

  • Medlir

Yeah… fairy tales, animated martial arts action-adventure, feel-good anime, etc… a lot of these are not usually considered general “Fantasy”. I love all Ghibli films, Disney films, etc… but I wouldn’t put them on a list of “Best Fantasy”, much like I wouldn’t expect to find any of them in the “Fantasy” section at a book store. It’s like someone just did a database search for every movie arbitrarily tagged “fantasy”, and then grabbed the top 50 by rating… not an actual curated list.

What about The Neverending Story, Labyrinth, Legend, or the family favorite The Dark Crystal

  • Where was Neverending Story, Nightmare Who Stole Christmas, Return to Oz and Labyrinth? There´s a lot missing from this list.

RT – you just havent a clue – on this occasion

  • Jim222001

I would have Willow. But not here since all critics were wrong about it!
