We went to avengers endgame. The staff was especially polite and friendly. Which was a bit surprising because most were teenagers. They seemed to be happy to be there. 5 dollar movie helped enhance our experience. The theater was very comfortable. A bit small but it was not crowded.

First run movies for $5? Can't beat this with a stick, especially on a nasty rainy afternoon!
Was within walking distance of our hotel, so quick run through the raindrops and we were good for 3 hrs :D

This is the prime example of a place is only as good as your last visit. I choose this theater of the newer and nicer theater located in Sevierville, because the staff is great. Last night I attended the Avengers Endgame at 7:30 and witnessed the unhinged manager berate her team.
I arrived at 6:00 to purchase tickets from a fun team member dressed as the Incredible Hulk. I asked the team member when I should return and she advised 45-60 minutes before the movie. I arrived back at 6:45 quickly noticed several team members dressed as Marvel characters. I approached a team member dressed as Deadpool and he politely told me that they would start collecting tickets in a few moments. Another team member dressed as Captain America and a manager approached Deadpool and it was clear the manager was giving the team members some guidance. As the manager was wrapping up the brief communication another manager, female with black hair burst out of a door across the lobby and confronted the three barking that they were not doing their job correctly and then ran off to slam the door behind herself.
This was disorganized as with this popular movie there was no signage or direction as the lobby was filling with multiple movie goers with tickets to a variety of movie times. Seeing the team member dressed as a hero and previously smiling now down I advised him to not be upset that he has a manager and not a leader. The manager should not have been in the office and should have been out leading her team. This was a disappointing experience.
