You look amazing and conventionally beautiful now but I think you had such a nice look going for you before too. More unique I guess.
Thank you! But yeah I admit I was going for that “perfect” looking face so I guess one could argue I look like any other girl now
Nah don’t listen to them - you look great and still uniquely beautiful! How many mls for the lips? I have similar lip size and placement to you in original so it’s not like they are small but I feel like they are not as defined or well suited for their size if that makes sense? Did the filler in the cheeks affect the placement/proportion of the lips if you know what I mean?
Thank you! I had 1ml almost 2 years ago and haven’t done any more. The cheek filler was definitely scary at first because I looked like maleficent right after leaving the clinic! Lol but it went down and looked normal in about 2 days, it didn’t make a HUGE difference but it still made a difference, kind of when you can’t really point out what it is but it makes you look better
what did you have done?
A rhinoplasty, cheek and lip filler
Here is a profile pic! (After pic is only after rhinoplasty, before fillers)
I LOVE your results! So refined-looking, like a Parisian model!
Oh my god , you have really outdone yourself here. You look INCREDIBLE! Such subtle changes - you still look like yourself but with much more refined and beautiful features. 10/10 great, small changes!
It looks fake to me
It does not look fake to me
Gorgeous. I only guessed the rhino. Filler can make 24 year olds look 45 if overdone, yours is so subtle and perfect. The side view really shows how your lips aren’t swollen outwards from your face, they’re just right, I would never have guessed.
Your face is stunning, flawless. You were always very beautiful but you definitely look like you have a perfect symmetrical face now
Thank you so much, I agree with you about how filler can make one look overdone. I believe it’s because people are told they “need” to do it every 6-9 months but that is A LIE! I had my lip filler done 2 YEARS ago and my lips have not gone back to their original shape and size. I forgot the name of the doctor but he has a youtube channel, and is very professional, he made a video about filler and how it doesn’t fully dissolve in as long as 10 years. He had xrays to prove it.
That’s fantastic. There are so many people who try to up-sell cosmetic procedures rather than take concern with what’s really correct for each individual patient. What a great doctor. The results speak for themselves, I would love to have to a face like yours! You look really gorgeous and not at all like a person with “Instagram face” where beauty has sort of become homogenized.
When I look at your after pic I think of a very chic Parisian woman, effortlessly gorgeous, eating pate and a cheese plate in a nice cafe somewhere. This is the story I’ve made up about you, LOL.
If anyone is curious, the doctor is Dr Gavin Chan and this is the video where he takes MRI scans to see how long fillers are actually in your body, and how they 'migrate' around to different places.
He explains that sometimes it may look like eg your lip fillers have gone away, but actually they've just moved to the spaces around your lips. So sometimes people who go back often for lip fillers will end up with that 'duck lip' look where the lips stick out from the face, because the fillers are actually slowly moving above/below their lip line. In another example he shows, an older woman had got tear trough fillers under her eyes several years ago and then came back because her eye bags were getting worse. But it turned out in fact some of her tear trough filler had just migrated up a bit and it looked like eye bags, and when he dissolved it her eye bags improved. Definitely recommend to watch some of his videos!
OP your procedures look so beautiful and subtle! And the bob hair cut in the after pic is very cute :)
Did the rhino or cheek make the biggest difference would you say? And which procedure was most invasive?
Definitely the rhino made the most difference and was the most invasive. Fillers are very easy to recover from and take 2 seconds
your nose is beautiful!!
Omgggg
Did you change your nose, jaw and cheekbones? Btw that haircut and color fits you really nice!
Thank you! Yep you got the nose and cheekbones right, not my jaw tho
Your jaw looks really awesome though, the other changes just brought it out nicely then :D
I was thinking actually that the most striking thing was the hair change! You look great!
I’m surprised you had anything done, you looked great before but the change is very subtle
Beautiful results !
U look great belle, subtle but impactful differences. Do u feel better? Has anyone in your life noticed?
Thank you! Well, I didn’t keep it a secret
First look was so exotic and pretty. You were born beautiful.
Honestly you look prettier in the second photo but I’m more attracted to you in the first one.
What did you have done? Nvm I can tell you had your nose done. It looks good but just from a personal opinion I don’t know if it makes you more attractive necessarily
Your lashes are really long too! Natural/falsies or use any lash serum?
I use latisse!
Woah, kinda like a new person tbh
So gorgeous!
Amazing! Who was your surgeon?
You looked like Kate Winslet before.
Would you bother with the filler again? Your nose looks great. Do you mind sharing your cost and who you saw?
May I ask where you got your nose done? Your surgeon did a fantastic job!
You are so chic!
Amazing what a cut and color can do.. you do not look like you have had anything done!
May I ask, who’s your surgeon what was the cost? You look very nice
I’ve always wondered what happened to piercings after a rhinoplasty, were you able to keep your septum after the surgery?
No, I had to take off the ring and after surgery my nose was healing so I couldn’t put it back on so it just closed very quickly actually
An example of great PS
Dam. Now gonna lie, as a guy you went up a couple points in attractiveness.
You are beautiful in both the before and after. :) As a queer woman, I prefer the before photo, as it codes you as queer. I probably would have tried to flirt with you. In the second photo, you read as more straight, and I likely would have thought you were pretty but not flirted. :) Interesting how plastic surgery and/or the way we cut, color, dye, and make up ourselves changes how drastically people perceive us.
Sending good energy to you! Enjoy your new you! :)
Very beautiful
I’m attracted you in both pictures. You’re really attractive!
Gorgeous before, gorgeous now 🧡
You look incredible!
So natural
So subtle and so natural! Looks amazing! :)
Rhino surgeon name? Looks great!
Looks really good.
May I ask why you wanted to get your nose done?
I knew my nose wasn’t too bad but it wasn’t “perfect” and that’s what I wanted, a lot of people would tell me not to do it because it wasn’t particularly bad, but I am very interested in beauty from a mathematical/symmetrical point of view and really find comfort and joy in a good symmetrical face. Almost like how one enjoys art and gets that inspiration from a painting that touches you, I was looking to get defined strong features because I find them so beautiful.
What I’m saying might sound crazy but I truly mean it, Having changed my face made a huge impact on my confidence and self esteem.
This is so beautifully and eloquently explained. This is the exact reason why I want procedures done. Thank you for putting this into words for me. You look so stunning! May I private message you?
your nose is perfect
Awe your nose was so pretty before hand, but the surgeon did a good job!
Did you lose weight? If so, and you don’t mind me asking/you telling, how much? You don’t have to give specific numbers if you’re not comfortable with that. Your jawline is...amazing. I thought you must’ve had it done and then saw you didn’t. I don’t have much to lose, but I’m wondering now if I lose a little if mine might look more like yours
edit: obv not like yours in shape, but in definition. shape is just your natural blessing 🤧
I didn’t loose weight at all, honestly I think that haircut is was making my face appear rounder and also the cheek filler made my lower face look more defined. I have been around 100lbs for years now, those pictures were taken 2 years apart... I do use the guasha massage tool on my cheeks at least once a week that might help maybe? I use it because I want to avoid my filler from migrating
all that change is from weight loss, she thinks its the surgery lol
Amazing!! How long did it take to recover after the nose surgery?
To fully recover it takes one whole year
Who is the doctor that preformed the rhinoplasty? It’s so well done!

Not really, I think the haircut makes my face look rounder (left)
As a person with a wide nose I completely understand your reason to do it. You look great.
These results are fantastic, you’re still you but the best version of you!
Looks really natural!
you look a lot older in the second picture, but that ay because you are older, lol. can u post a pic without makeup? Overall, super pretty in both! (u lucky beast!)
TBH I feel the before was better.
gorg!
Stunning!! Who did your Rhinoplasty? It is perfection.
Beautiful! Looks better without the ring too. Congratulations!
You looked better before
You look younger now as well.
They did what they had to do 👏🏾😍
Ummmm..... so it’s hard to tell what’s going on. I’m hoping that your nose is redone in the 1st photo?
That’s not kind or constructive. I’d reconsider your words.
It’s clear that I’m not the only person that didn’t know what exactly was done in the beginning of this thread. I’d reconsider your comment.
What do you mean?
