Kevin and Eric are the best (and probably everyone in their company too). They are always glad to help and they find a way to meet our needs in AV. They are patient and pleasant to deal with. Sometimes in dealing with today's technology it's a little intimidating but they make it easy and never make me feel dumb.

We bought a house that came with a Sonos system. We could never get it to work. (It was not sold by New Wave!). Kevin came out and walked us through the entire process and fixed the problem right away. Moreover, he was patient enough to walk two decidedly non-tech people completely through the Sonos app and all of the speakers in our new home.

Last year, on a Friday afternoon, our sound bar on the living room tv went out. We had company for the weekend and not having tv would have been a huge inconvenience. Kevin came out an hour after I called him and fixed our problem and saved our weekend.

This week, we noticed that same stupid, cheap Vizio sound bar wasn't working well. So, we called New Wave again and asked about a better quality sound bar. Kevin spent a lot of time on the phone with us, explaining the ins and outs of sound bars.

New Wave had exactly what we wanted in stock and came the next day to install it. Eric, the technician, was professional, polite, and knowledgeable and had the new Sonos bar installed within minutes.

He carefully explained the operating instructions and set the unit up on my phone, too.

The unit we purchased is available for $50 less at Costco, but the knowledge and service New Wave has was definitely worth that and more.

These guys are awesome. Quick to respond and excellent follow through.
They install a TV for us. Worked with a contractor to ensure correct measurements before hand. Installation was quick and easy. Answered all our questions.
In addition, Eric has made several trips to ensure that the remote control is easy to operate.

Kevin and his team did an amazing job! We added some exterior landscape speakers, and a sound bar to our exterior TV. These additions transformed our backyard into the entertainment, social atmosphere. We've been working to achieve Kevin. Suggestions were perfect for our space. His team was on time and took extra care to show us exactly how to operate our new system through the Sonos app on our phones we are looking forward to our first family party with the new set up.

I would highly recommend this company for a home theater system. They were so easy to work with. Quick response and installation and great customer service. Installed a Sonos Arc surround sound system and it's awesome.
