- montanan_travelermontana1,822 contributionsThe cliffs are so very interesting by themselves. But the ruins hidden amongst them are what makes this place so special. It is all about taking the hike out to the ruins and climbing up into them to get a full appreciation of what is there.Written April 17, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Wynn RMorgan Hill, CA1,963 contributionsI wished there were more of her paintings, but never saw her sculpture before. very informative and I was educated on her life and the influences in her artWritten April 15, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Kimberly KFort Worth, TX5 contributionsSanta Fe Plaza is mostly galleries and shopping, A LOT of shopping. Don't miss San Miguel, the oldest church in the US as well as the adjacent oldest house in the US, a short walk from the plaza. I enjoyed the Georgia O'Keefe Museum, but admission is steep at $22 (in my opinion). San Francisco Bar & Grill had delicious, reasonably priced food.Written March 18, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Katie H1 contributionsuch an exciting and artistic time!! The flow of the exhibit gives you nothing but time. Which allowed me and my friends to get lost in time and enjoy the different environments. FOUR HOURS later and we could not stop talking about it. Just go!! You can enjoy the art, story, or just have fun! I love Santa Fe and Meow wolf is now one of my favorite spots.Written April 16, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - DavidWMcCullochWoodside, CA113 contributionsMy son and I stopped in here on the way to Los Alamos and Santa Fe without expecting much. It turns out this is the best museum for Manhattan Project and Oppenheimer history we visited. While the Manhattan sites are all in Los Alamos of course, the detailed history at this museum was the best we saw on our ‘Oppenheimer’ trip. They have great recreations of the labs, models of the bombs, and photos and videos, plus you can see the recreation of the Trinity Test Tower (the original was obliterated in the test) and a B29 Flying Fortress, so you can really see the whole Manhattan Project story ‘for real’. Really great.Written April 2, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
