" Manchester Isnt the greatest due to addiction and crime . even if your on the south end or north end your not really in a much different situation it's only if you live on the outskirts that your good and can actually say your property is safe ... I'm just being honest 💯💯💯💯!!!"

"Great neighborhood for dog owners, plenty of side walks, dog friendly parks within walking distance and nature trails literally right around the corner. Many current dog owners in the area that you will see out with their dogs on a daily basis. Always pleasant with well mannered dogs, l we have never had any barking problems, everyone picks up after their dogs and neighbors always willingn to help with a poo bag if you forgot to grab on! A few elderly neighbors enjoy sitting outside greeting the neighborhood children and dogs when the weather is nice enough. "

"I grew up in this area and if I were to buy in Manchester I would stay here. I am not sure if the school system as I graduated several years ago but as far as a community, I do love it. "

"honestly, this neighborhood is very quiet, safe, family friendly and extremely convenient for any errands, shopping or recreation you may want to do. we've had Amazon packages on our front porch for an entire week . never had any issues. great people, great neighborhood. "

"In Manchester it is a quick commute to most needs, grocerily stores, restaurants, nightlife, and everything else you'd need. Public transportation isn't so good and you definitely can't have packages delivered."
