The picture featured the actress and 27-year-old husband Ryan Sweeting walking on the beach together with their private areas pixelated out.

No doubt, Kaley was having fun with the post as her bikini top straps were still visible despite the censoring.

She shared the image with her 9.5 million followers with the message: 'What a fun day that was, frolicking with my hubs on the beaches of Mexico! Feels like we forgot something?'

Not all celebrities are taking the leaked photo scandal so lightly, however, as 21-year-old actress Victoria Justice said she will be taking 'legal action.'

On Tuesday the Nickelodeon star took to her Twitter and said: 'Shortly after I tweeted about certain pics of me being fake, I was faced with a serious violation of privacy.

'There have always been fake photos of me on the internet, but I will not be put in the position to defend myself as to what is real or what is fake.'

She then added to her 8.3 million followers: 'I am angry at this massive invasion of privacy, and like the other women who are in this situation alongside of me, I am taking legal action to protect my rights.'

On Sunday afternoon, the internet blew up when as many as 101 celebrities' iCloud accounts were hacked into and their private photos shared with the world.

While Jennifer Lawrence and Kirsten Dunst were among those who confirmed the photos were indeed of them as they lashed out at the invasion of privacy and threatened legal action, Victoria was quick to deny images of her were real.

'These so called nudes of me are FAKE people,' Victoria tweeted her more than 8.3 million followers. 'Let me nip this in the bud right now. *pun intended*.'

The FBI said yesterday it was addressing allegations that the hacker broke into stars' online accounts, before stealing their personal images and publishing them on 4chan, the anonymous image-sharing forum.
