The Museum of History is located in The Mall section of the Capital Wasteland. It can be found in the center of The Mall, right next to the Washington Monument. Inside the museum, head into the Museum Foyer to find the entrance to a Ghoul city called Underworld. Fawkes can be found waiting in the lobby, seen as soon as the player enters the Museum.

From the Musuem Foyer you can open a door on the right to enter the main part of the Musuem. In here you'll find Feral Ghouls, Glowing Ones and Ghoul Reavers (if Broken Steel is added). You can also find plenty of Abraham Lincoln Articfacts that can be sold to Hannibal Hamlin at the Temple of the Union, Leroy Walker at the Lincoln Memorial or Abraham Washington at Rivet City.
