My Top 20 British Comedies of the 70s and 80s

There was so much humor back in the 70s and 80s when it came to British comedy.  The comedies were side splitting funny and there was just so much talent in England.  There were comedians immensely funny from all backgrounds of life in England from Warren Mitchell to Lenny Henry to Benny hill, Les Dawson and the very funny David Jason.  The comedies were just so consistently funny and had the audience screaming out for more.  As a kid I always looked forwards to the weekends or if I was lucky the week nights to watch all these hilarious comedies with my parents.  They are all definitely part of my childhood growing up.
