I came here tonight with my husband and daughter on Christmas to watch the new movie Migration. Getting tickets on the app was so easy and I love that you can pick your seats.

The line to get popcorn and soda was short and the employees were very sweet and helpful. I even went back for the free refill on the large popcorn.

The seats are comfortable and recline all the way which is awesome. I took a star off because my seat had tape on it to cover a rip and that did bother me a little bit.

The theater was packed but we still felt like we had plenty of room around us. There is a large parking lot and the bathrooms are big and spacious.

We will definitely be back to this theater!

This is a nice AMC to go to especially since the Porter Ranch location opened. I like how this AMC has recliners and is no longer so crowded anymore. It seems as if the crowd diverted to Porter Ranch.

The only issue I still have with them is the mobile ordering experience. One time I was missing an item from my delivery order, and the second time, my order was not even delivered. I received a confirmation email and text with my seat and delivery time, but the food never came. I didn't speak to the manager once the movie started, and opted not to stay around after the movie waiting for one. Instead, I contacted AMC corporate and they refunded my missing item from one order, and my entire order on the one that was never delivered. I don't know what the issue is on why they the can't process mobile orders accurately. I have done mobile orders at the Porter Ranch location and the Universal City location, and both had no issues with processing accurate orders.

I really enjoy going to this small movie theater. Even though it's not as nice or updated as some of the other locations, they have great staff. The seats are more comfortable.

Great theatre complex in a vibrant area. The staff are friendly, the facilities very clean and well maintained (great bathrooms with paperless drying stations) and the movie seats are extremely comfortable. Additional 25% off savings during the week for all matinee shows. The picture and sound quality is great, with the exception of the occasional patron talking (silence is golden!). Overall, one of the better average small scale AMC theaters in the area to see all your favorite movies.

Love this location and the seats! However, it does seem like the upkeep of this place is lacking! It could use a deep cleaning and a refresh of some of the upholstery. It's age is starting to show unfortunately especially compared to the brand new AMC12. I personally preferred AMC promenade before it closed.

I love it here! Omg they have cookies and crème popcorn. Absolutely to die for. Also churro filled with hazelnut. Must try! Love it here and the theatres are huge

I know there are many movie theaters to choose from but this is my favorite one.
I love how the chairs recline back all the way.
I love that they have 7$ Tuesday and they also have small popcorn and drink for 5$
This branch also serves alcohol ( great for going on a date )
It's in a big shopping center so it's pretty easy to find parking .
It's not so new but for it being a little older I can say it's pretty clean

Comfortable seats, bad acoustics. we could here the explosions and music form the movie next door. how do you build a theater and allow that?

I looked forward to seeing a movie here. It was a bad experience. I could hear the sound from the theaters on either side. The volume in our theater was way too loud - there were only about a dozen people in the theater and they didn't reduce the sound accordingly, I imagine. We had to sit through an inordinately large number of pre-trailer ads and then way too many trailers and a whole lot of ads for AMC and Coca Cola. I never want to go to another AMC theater ever after being so brutalized by so many of their ads.

As my friend said, it's a zombie theater in a zombie mall.

Go somewhere else.
