小勞勃·道尼是一位美國演員，曾主演過許多電影、電視劇、視頻和遊戲配音。他五歲那年在父親老小勞勃·道尼（英语：Robert Downey Sr.）的電影《龐德 (電影)（英语：Pound (film)）》中首次亮相。在1980年代，在道尼與安東尼·麥可·霍爾出演《摩登褓姆（英语：Weird Science (film)）》（1985），之後，才被公布出演《小子包（英语：Brat Pack）》[1]，還曾與安德魯·麥卡錫出演《零下的激情（英语：Less Than Zero (film)）》（1987），也和約翰尼·貝好出演《校園皇帝（英语：Johnny Be Good）》（1988）。道尼還出演了《真正的信奉者（英语：True Believer (1989 film)）》（1989年）和《回到陰陽界（英语：Chances Are (film)）》（1989年），並在1985年主演深夜綜藝節目《週六夜現場》。
