The Boy from Oklahoma is mostly about lawyer-turned-sheriff Tom Brewster (Will Rogers Jr.) and corrupt mayor Barney Turlock (Anthony Caruso), but ol’ Billy makes an appearance as the mayor’s cousin. Played by Tyler MacDuff, Billy picks a fight with Sheriff Tom, who then tries to arrest the mayor for serving alcohol to the underage Kid.
