A localized area of dense fog has developed across Northwest Ohio this morning, allowing for drops in visibility to around one quarter of a mile. Fog will have some impact to the morning commute, but should be quick to disperse over the next hour or two. Drivers should use caution while driving, leaving plenty of room between the vehicle in front of them.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...The following counties in southeast Indiana, Dearborn, Ohio and Ripley. The following counties in northern Kentucky, Boone, Campbell and Kenton. The following counties in Ohio, Brown, Clermont, Hamilton and Highland. * WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 404 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Cincinnati, Covington, Florence, Independence, Norwood, Erlanger, Fort Thomas, Newport, Loveland, Madeira, Edgewood, Alexandria, Elsmere, Cheviot, Fort Mitchell, Villa Hills, Highland Heights, Milford, Taylor Mill and Bellevue.

The following counties in southwest Ohio, Butler and Hamilton. * WHEN...Until 845 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 403 AM EDT, local law enforcement reported flooding in the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Cincinnati, Hamilton, Fairfield, Forest Park, Sharonville, Blue Ash, Springdale, Reading, Montgomery, Harrison, North College Hill, Madeira, Wyoming, Batesville, Mount Healthy, Deer Park, Greendale, Bright, Hidden Valley and Finneytown.
