Do not move here it's a fucking zoo! You have to step over dog shit constantly because people don't pick up after their fucking animals. They're supposed to be quiet hours, but people stay up till 4 AM all fucking weekday, drinking and hollering on the goddamn patio. The pool is constantly fucking broken because people get in there before fucking shower; the pools are not a goddamn bathtub. If you live on the second or third floor in this fucking place, you will hear people stomping around, like their feet are made of fucking bricks. Someone of the whole goddamn bag of garbage just out on the pathways instead of taking it to the goddamn trash bin. There's trash every goddamn where there's people here are fucking animals.

Moved out but miss it already. Great location and awesome team. My AC went out and they were on top of it. Where I am at now doesn't have the quick service like this team.

This is the response to the reply that I received---
Noise control is not a person... It is the structure of the building... day and night, I get to hear my upstairs neighbor stomping around their apartment, as if they were right next to me... This happened with my prior neighbor and my current neighbor. I have made multiple complaints with the staff which I'm sure it is on my record in which nothing is done.
As far as security, I can't even order anything and try to leave town, hoping that it doesn't get delivered while I'm not there because it will get stolen. My neighbors have ring cameras on their doors and have videos of people walking up taking their packages.
The parking garage is terrible as well as I have received damages on my car and there's no way to tell who did it because there's no camera or security in the garage

The walls are paper thin and you hear everything above you and around you. if you order anything to be delivered, you are not guaranteed to receive it because there are so many unsheltered people that are walking around the property that are stealing packages, and there is no sort of security to prevent it. The common grounds are disheveled, due to disrespectful tenants, and those that do not clean up after their dogs.

I moved in on August so far I like it but when I got my keys to my unit I noticed my balcony door knob fell off the knob to the drawer just fell off I requested maintenance they never came my boyfriend ended up having to come and fix it and yet again my door knob came off currently they are low staffed on maintenance only two maintenance worker I have no issue but they do be messaging you if you do not pay on time I was late due to an issue that I couldn't pay on time which rd I emailed them the issue to why I did not like that I'm a person who do not mind paying my late fees for a reason but yeah yea people do not pick up after there pet

Wish I could give 0 stars. The management was some of the worst I ever dealt with. The only way to get them to fix anything is to threaten legal action, and even then it will takes. So bad that I had to file a BBB complaint against them (which was never resolved) and paid more than $2K to break my lease early just so I could escape this nightmare. There are 1,000 other problems with this place beyond management: noise, crime, awful parking, and on and on. Just go somewhere else, trust me.

Water heater broke it was sparking fire and it took 3 days for some one to even come look at it. No hot water in November! Took a week to replace. After they replaced it they left it outside for 2 weeks before i emailed the office to pick it up. Along with other trash they left. The office never answers. U have to go down there. Maintenance take 3Days minimum for emergencies. Coward to now i do not have hot water i have called the office and they will just "check on it" maintenance still hasn't showed up I'm going on 3 days in December without hot water and still they came Monday to switch the thermostat and still no hot water. Come on!!! It's now Thursday 3pm and no help. Have called emergency number and they can't do much either.

FYI-I'm not a Karen. I try try my best to roll with the punches. I don't like making waves. Honest. But this place is just that bad. Don't let the beautiful grounds fool you, the apartments are not maintained.
We moved in February 2020. Tried to use the dryer the second day. It did nothing but squeal. I called, they sent a guy over the next day, said it was the belt and left. It still squealed and didn't work. Two weeks later (yes 2 weeks!) they brought over an ancient beat up dryer. They didn't bother leveling it. Or hooking up the exhaust hose. Or plugging it in.
The garbage disposal was broken and there were leaks. So many leaks. Bathrooms, kitchen etc. This was during the lock down and they were only doing essential maintenance. So we just put buckets under every leaking pipe and called it good.
Even before the lock down, every repair person, without exception, expressed embarrassed by how management actively avoided maintenance requests. I guess I wasn't the only one with issues.
Then came the flood. Every other day or so there'd be a big pool of water at our front door that would leak into our entryway and hallway closet. We called them FOUR times before they even took a look. By that time we had mold growing in our front hall closet.
A plumber came out to fix it. Left a ton of holes all over the place. Their repair of the hallway closet was...well, look at the photo. The next week our bedroom closet was soaked with water.
I'd had enough. I wrote the Karen letter of all Karen letters. We'd been there two months and I'd just had enough of dealing with them over maintenance issues.
On the plus side, they allowed us to break our lease without penalty. (That gets them 2 stars instead of one). And the manager and staff were really nice when we were deciding whether or not to move in.
I hate writing bad reviews. That's why I put it off a couple months. I just didn't want to do it. But I feel obligated to tell you what you're in for if you have any issues with maintenance.
As long as you have no maintenance issues this is a beautiful and inexpensive place to live close to downtown. If you don't have maintenance issues and you'll love this place! However as I mentioned, maintenance is an extremely low priority you'll be much more likely to have maintenance problems.
I'm just trying to save you from making a really bad choice to move here. Do yourself a favor and cross this one off of your list.Helpful 7Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

AC unit has been leaking for a week, into my bedroom. Mold, terrible smell, and a mushroom growing out of the wall. Maintenance has come twice, each time saying it was fixed. It was not. They said that it was a clog in the AC's drain hose both times. The second time, the clamp on the AC hose that runs from the AC down to my sink was left loose. Came home from work to a flooded bathroom.
Called emergency maintenance on this past Friday night because the water was coming out faster than I'd seen yet; no one showed up.

On April 20, 1022 Our 2001 Chevy Silverado Truck was stolen from the gated parking lot. No Security Camera, Used to have a security company on site. No longer. We only had liability insurance so it is a total loss. We did have al alarm system yet no one seems to have seen anything. The Truck is just now gone and we no longer feel safe even in a gated apartment. A year ago another car of ours was parked on the roof and our catalytic converters we cut out. Where is the safe place to live?

Do not rent here! Some maintenance men will let themselves in to your apartment with their own keys while you are sleeping and make unwanted sexual advances. This specific maintenance man has since been fired but it's not worth the risk. You are not safe at this complex!!!
