Il Consiglio esamina alcuni dati preconsuntivi consolidati al 30 giugno 2021: valore della produzione a circa 17,5 milioni di euro (+35% rispetto al 30 giugno 2020); EBITDA a circa 12 milioni di euro (+45% rispetto al 30 giugno 2020) utile netto in aumento rispetto al 30 giugno 2020.

5 agosto 2021 - Mondo TV informa che nella giornata odierna il Consiglio di Amministrazione della Mondo TV ha esaminato alcuni dati preconsuntivi consolidati al 30 giugno 2021.

In particolare il Consiglio ha analizzato l'andamento del valore della produzione che nel primo semestre si attesta a circa 17,5 milioni di euro, e l'Ebitda che si attesta a circa 12 milioni, con un incremento rispettivamente del 35% e del 45% rispetto al valore della produzione ed all'EBITDA al 30 giugno 2020.

Per effetto di quanto sopra l'utile netto è previsto in crescita rispetto al risultato nel medesimo periodo del 2020.

I risultati positivi che precedono sono principalmente determinati dalle produzioni e vendite della capogruppo e dal sensibile incremento del valore della produzione e dell'Ebitda della controllata Mondo TV France, determinato dalla consegna dei primi 26 episodi della serie animata Disco Dragon e dall'avanzamento della produzione della serie animata Grisù.

I risultati del primo semestre risultano coerenti con il budget 2021 comunicato al mercato che prevede per l'intero 2021 un valore della produzione pari ad euro 35 milioni ed un ebitda di 24,6 milioni.

Sotto il profilo della gestione si segnala che con i clienti asiatici con i quali furono raggiunti accordi transattivi nel corso del 2019 stanno proseguendo regolarmente i rapporti relativi alle produzioni in essere ed è proseguito l'incasso dei relativi crediti.

I dati sopra esposti costituiscono la migliore rappresentazione ad oggi disponibile dei risultati del gruppo, e non sono stati oggetto di verifica da parte dei revisori dei conti della società; gli stessi pertanto potrebbero essere soggetti a variazione in sede di approvazione della relazione finanziaria semestrale oggetto della riunione consiliare che si terrà il 14 settembre 2021.

The Board examines some preliminary consolidated data as at 30 June 2021: production value of approximately 17.5 million euros (+ 35% compared to 30 June 2020); EBITDA of around 12 million euros (+ 45% compared to 30 June 2020) net profit up compared to 30 June 2020.

5 August 2021 - Mondo TV informs that today the Board of Directors of Mondo TV has examined some preliminary consolidated data as at 30 June 2021.

In particular, the Board analyzed the trend in the value of production which in the first half of the year amounted to around 17.5 million euros, and the Ebitda which stood at around 12 million, with an increase of 35% and 45% respectively compared to the value of production and EBITDA at 30 June 2020.

As a result of the above, net profit is expected to grow compared to the result in the same period of 2020.

The above positive results are mainly determined by the productions and sales of the parent company and by the significant increase in the value of production and Ebitda of the subsidiary Mondo TV France, determined by the delivery of the first 26 episodes of the animated series Disco Dragon and by the progress of production of the animated series Grisù.

The results of the first half are consistent with the 2021 budget communicated to the market which provides for a production value of 35 million euros and an EBITDA of 24.6 million for the whole of 2021.

In terms of management, it should be noted that with regard to Asian customers with whom settlement agreements were reached in 2019, the relationships connected with existing productions are continuing regularly and the collection of the related receivables has also continued.

The above figures are the best representation available to date of the consolidated results and have not been audited; the same could be subject to changes when approving the half-year financial report during the meeting scheduled on September 14, 2021.
