- LydiaMiamiMiami, FL51 contributionsThis is a very beautiful museum. A must see when in Monte Carlo
I was here years ago and they added a lot of new artifacts. It's very informative and the sea creatures are breathtaking. I enjoyed the history as well of the men in the royal family.Written April 15, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - MrMrsHappyRLiverpool, UK1,262 contributionsSome of the best views of the harbour are from either Monte Carlo side or Place du Palais square. During April while we were there, they were building a lot of the Grand Prix stands so it took quite a long time to get across the harbourWritten April 21, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - MrMrsHappyRLiverpool, UK1,262 contributionsAlthough we didn't go inside due to the dress code, it is a beautiful and iconic building. - MrMrsHappyRLiverpool, UK1,262 contributionsBusy but beautiful and vibrant square in front of the casino. It has a nice atmosphere. - MrMrsHappyRLiverpool, UK1,262 contributionsFabulous building. If you go to Place du Palais, you can get very close to the palace building. It is set in a beautiful square. The changing of guard also occurs at 11.55am each day, but get there early to get a good space as it is crowded. Watch for the guards putting the chains up and you'll know where to stand to get a good viewWritten April 21, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - MrMrsHappyRLiverpool, UK1,262 contributionsWell worth the visit to the top of Place du Palais to walk through the Old Town to see the cathedral. - MrMrsHappyRLiverpool, UK1,262 contributionsBeautiful part of Monaco which represents the Old Town. Well worth the walk up the ramped stairs. Lots of winding little alleyways and cute shops & restaurants. Also home to the spectacular Cathedrale Notre-Dame-ImmaculeeWritten April 21, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Madmum M5 contributionsCompact but Beautifully landscaped and well maintained. There are several seating areas to stop and admire. Unfortunately there is a lot of building work happening right next door at the moment which messes with the ambience but we’ll worth a visit.Written October 13, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - WPLandryFairfax, VA562 contributionsSadly, the gardens were under reconstruction when we visited. There was a small area of cacti and other succulents that were available for us to visit. It was quite an impressive collection and I can only imagine the garden at its best.Written August 4, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
