Really disappointed with Skyscanner After an really bad experience with DMR car rental
In Turkey (not booked through Momondo) I spent a considerable amount of time letting companies that listed DMR cars know they rip people off by not returning deposits. This can be evidenced by the reviews on Trustpilot . Despite presenting Momondo with lots of evidence from multiple customers they were really not interested . I guess customers really don’t matter to this company .

STAY AWAY! This website is a scam. You will book a reservation only to be informed 24 hours later that the reservation is no longer available. When I protested, I was instructed to clear my browsing history/cache to get the most update flight prices. I tried to book my reservation again (different flights this time as the ones I originally booked were predictably no longer listed on the website). My reservation was confirmed. Once again, they called me to tell me the flight prices were expired. I have wasted too much time with this worthless website, and the airline prices have increased significantly, so I will be paying at least $200 more than I would have had I booked it on the first day I tried. Momondo offered to rebook me on another airline WITH DIFFERENT DATES. I strongly suggest you stay away from this corrupt company.

It used to be good.
Good results are often full with no longer valid/expired schedules, broken links, server errors etc.
partnerships with AirEuropa and Flysmarter simply show broken links!

Momondo must remove the travel agencies who are obviously scam artists from their search engine, otherwise customers will stop trusting Momondo and start to use a different flight search engine.
As example they allow skus.smartfares.com to operate there with fares that seem very cheap - up until the moment you have entered all your creditcard data and press "Book". Then suddenly the price is 8 times higher?!!! Scam, scam, scam

I looked at their site for car rentals in Spain. The site had some good prices but had glitches to use. The reviews here do not inspire confidence. I would suggest that users pass on using it.

So, I get a WhatsApp message from a so-called recruitment consultant (the company is legit, but they don't have anyone with her name working there) asking if I am interested in a hotel review position.
She passes my number to a so-called Momondo rep who basically says that I will be paid a commission to give 5 star reviews for hotels on their site...The catch...I don't even have to visit...!!!! Talk about blatant scams!!

Precise as everyone else are informing this is pure fake and nothing is real, fake prices dont waste your time or effort on this.
This company should be banned totally how is it even possible they are still open and able to put these fake comercials up misleadng is beyond me.

A bunch of crooks. Reserved and paid in advance for a nice hotel in Athens, Greece via Momondo website. Arrived with disabled husband to find our reservation had been switched to another property miles away with piles of trash in back, prostitutes across the street, graffitied walls. Desk clerk said Momondo does this regularly. Called and complained to the website. They said they switched us to a "comparable property" without notifying us, allowable per company policy. Said they needed us to send pictures to prove it was horrid. Never heard back. Absolute nightmare. Ruined our once in a lifetime visit.

Don’t use MOMONDO
They advertise fake non reliable website like Vayama that really doesn’t exist or may be has some BS remote office in San Jose.
Momondo will not take responsibility for these websites that they try to sell tickets.
When Vayama messed me up and cancelled my ticket in last minute I called Momondo. They told me I should deal directly with Vayama which has no freaking 1800 customer service or any live person available.
Stay away from these sites pay little extra and use Expedia.

SCAM ALART ‼️

I don’t know if it’s coming from Momondo but there some (Chinese/Malaysian) scammers that contact people (UK contact) via WhatsApp and ask people to rate hotels and earn commission (14-15 pounds) after rating 35 hotels.

And they add you to telegram group where they have other scammers who claimed to be rating the hotels as well.

Later they will ask you to deposit 50 pounds to reset your account and that is where they’ll start asking you to deposit more money to keep doing the hotel ratings at the end of the day, you won’t be able to withdraw your money as they’ll keep asking you to deposit more.

People, stay away from them.

Nothing better. Because they check more flights than any other app, the search engine takes longer. Best prices —especially good for grandparents who might be paying, either in the US or over the puddle.
Great for retirees used to business flights, makes more living possible!!

Was scammed online by this company was added on WhatsApp to become an agent rating there hotels I done 35 ratings and I was awarded £15 then the catch comes you were to add £50 in to continue rating hotels and get money!

They added me to a telegram group were they all spoke like robots repeating the same sentences!

Please stay away and dont give them any money!!!

I used to like them, and even more when they introduced flight ratings. Now the ratings are gone and I booked with scam company edreams (which was at the top of search) through them and lost about 500 USD without being issued a ticket.
While you can't control what happens after we leave your site, you have a responsibility to ban scam companies like edreams.

Momonsdo is a fraud company
This is a fraud company. I was added on WhatsApp by an unknown person who pretended to be a recruitment agent from Manpower! I took up the job thinking might earn some money. But they have scammed me of £5800 now they asking more money which I stopped ✋️ I realised they are scamer I ask them to return my money they keep insiste me finish 35 rating
Nor returning even 1 penny...
This momondo Hotel please stay away.....

they allow scam companys too thrive on their website , cant reach out too them for a good reason, they dont want you too =) , in reply too momondo, im pressing charges with the swedish police and swedish govement , have fun and good luck ..i.. , you can use the swedish support site for further contact <3 , please keep in mind, you are delibirately making your customers feel less than they are

I searched for Innsburg to Tehran flight, the Austrian Airlines round-trip flight was priced at 950€ and I chose the ticket vendor site but the booking stage increased by around 100€
I have chosen cheaper sites several times and encountered the problem that I realized there was a lie in the process. Dealer sites display false and inaccurate prices in Momondo!!

There is no screening of the booking companies used or airlines, not even customer reviews. If you use momondo you might end up booking through a scam company. It's not a very safe solution, there has to be something better. Simply linking in with Trustpilot or TripAdvisor would be an easy solution that would increase safety, instead they make it easy for bad companies to get customer. In my book that makes momondo a pretty bad company too.

Same as below, promised the world. A chap called Grayson with the number ending in 6116. Very pushy on taking the job, when I politely said it’s not for me. I advised on the reviews and his response was it was the competition writing fake reviews. I will be reporting this company to action fraud and the FCA. They appear to be running a pyramid type scheme.

Hoping for a better cometetor to MOMDO soon so they can fall from sky and be geneours in thier pricing :( after beign years customer to momondo now hunting for other websies better than Momondo..

Horrible. Do not use it.
1. website is not user friendly:
- freezes
- crashes
- filtering and sorting not displaying correct results
- displays expired offers
- confirmation page has not enough details
2. Customer service:
- waiting time supper long
- not friendly
- not helpful
- not professional
- no customer courtesy
- not good relationship with airlines
3. Not offering best deals at all
- focusing on getting as much money from customers as possible
Over all dirty cheap bussiness
