This November I decided to cancel my UFC Fight Pass subscription. I realized that it didn't offer that much besides the occasional episode of a mildly entertaining original show (which seem to only be released once or twice a year). So, I go to their website and follow the instructions to cancel my subscription.
However, come December I see that I have been charged again for the past month. I got a hold of customer service and cancel my subscription for a second time.
The kicker comes today when I see that for January I again have been charged for UFC Fight Pass, so I am understandably annoyed. After again using the chat function on the website to talk to a customer service representative I explained my situation and ask them to refund me for the past month, and cancel my subscription for a THIRD month in a row.
I explained that I'm not happy with the amount of time I've had to put into cancelling the subscription and requested that at the very least I get a free month of UFC Fight Pass as compensation (something that would cost them nothing and only increase the likelihood of returning as a customer).
I am told no by the customer service representative, and then ask for a phone number so I could perhaps talk to someone and I'm told that that does not exist and then I'm disconnected. I'm not sure if anyone else has tried to cancel their UFC Fight Pass and had this experience, but I have to say I have never had a harder time ending a subscription payments to a company before.
I am proudly saying that I'll never give another cent to this company (unless of course they charge me again next month, which I can only assume they will). Fuck. You. Dana.
TLDR: UFC Fight pass is harder to rid yourself of than herpes.

gotta talk to your bank and tell them to reverse the charges and decline charges from them in the future — you might have to explain why but they’d prob do it for something like this

Fight pass is awesome.. Idk how fight fans dont enjoy it more, all i ever see is people complaining about it? Its bizarre..
Ok, yes, navigating the sites kinda difficult(especially searching individual fights), but its got so much content for less than 100$ a year..
Every ufc fight ever, complete library of the old pride, strikeforce, affliction, etc events.. A bunch of other small promotions are featured too..
Is peoples problem with it that its just not like the wwf app/site that gives you even the newest ppv for 10$ month? Its 5 fights you wait like a month for..
Its a pretty reasonable trade off/fair deal for less than 100$ canadian/year..

I agreed with you for about a year, I was loving it. Eventually I found that I had watched any old fight I had interest in and used FP less and less. My main complaint is for sure just how insane it has been to try to cancel.
