Ross Street House, Room #1 - this room is a single bedroom on the first floor of a unique character home. The house is fully secured, and this room shares two bathrooms with two other rooms. Plenty of off-street parking is availalbe.

The space
Bedroom #1 at the Ross Street House is a comfortable space featuring a queen bed. Guests can enjoy a private bedroom, and have use of the shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and entry.

The house is located steps from the south core bus depot, across the street from the museum, and within easy walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops and many other attractions.

The house has four bedrooms, and two small apartments inside so there may be other guests to connect with. On-site parking is available.

This is an older home, in a busy downtown area. If you are looking for a place that is shiny and brand new, this isn’t the spot for you. This place is designed for the relaxed traveler needing a comfortable place to rest. If you are concerned with staying in a downtown location where there are people, buses, and noises around please don’t book this place. As a host, I have no control over whether or not you like the location, and am giving an accurate description of the location. If you aren’t prepared to give a fair review on the accuracy of my location description please don’t book this place.

Also, since some common areas are shared, as a host I have little control over the total cleanliness during your stay. The home is cleaned daily between 12-3 but other guests may utilize the kitchen and bathroom areas during your stay. If you are not prepared to give a fair review of what the host can control, then please don’t book this place.

I'm available through the app, by phone or by text. I turn my phone to silent after 10pm, and can be reached in an emergency by phone call only (a text won't wake me up!)

This is a character home in the downtown core. If you are looking for a shiny new house without signs of love this place isn’t for you. This house is designed for the relaxed traveler looking for a place to chill for a few nights.

Please note that due to the shared spaces, as well as allergies, we are unable to accommodate pets, and have obtained an exemption from Airbnb for service animals. Please do not book this unit if you are traveling with your pet, even if your pet is a service animal.
