About the Philippine Navy Mobile Recruitment
The Philippine Navy will conduct the 2nd Leg of Mobile Recruitment for CY 2024.
The activity will take place aboard various areas of the country to accommodate applicants for the Naval Officer Candidate Course (NOCC), Sailor Basic Course (SBC), and Marine Basic Course (MBC).
Note: This recruitment is for Male and selected Female applicants with needed courses/skills.
Qualifications

Naval Officer Candidate Course (NOCC)
Here are the qualifications for the Naval Officer Candidate Course (NOCC):
- Natural-born Filipino citizen
- Baccalaureate degree holder (preferably technical courses)
- At least 20 years old but not a day older than 26 years old on the date of application and not a day older than 27 years old upon appointment as Probationary Ensign / Probationary 2LT.
- Height of not less than 5’0″ (152.4 cm)
- Single and never been married, never borne or sired a child
- Of good moral character
- Physically and mentally fit for training
Sailor Basic Course (SBC) and Marine Basic Course (MBC)
Here are the qualifications for the Sailor Basic Course (SBC) and Marine Basic Course (MBC):
- Natural-born Filipino citizen
- Has completed 12 years of basic education under the K-12 program or has at least 72 units of a collegiate course from an educational institution recognized by the government, or at least completed from TESDA any technical course with National Certificate (NCII)
- At least 18 years old but not a day older than 24 years and five (5) months old on the date of application and not a day older than 25 years and five (5) months upon appointment as Candidate Sailor / Soldier.
- Height of not less than 5’0″ (152.4 cm)
- Single and never been married, never borne or sired a child
- Of good moral character
- Physically and mentally fit for training
