Hello to all, I am just new here and I am wondering If I can combine the Mikrotik CCR1036 as a Routing and I will use OpnSense for UTM Firewall,
and here is the set up our small company
3 sites with 3 mikrotik router each sites
1 site has the server
if possible what would be the pros and cons

Yes that can be done an just the administration should be more difficult.
The question is do you need it done like this.Because this solution is more complex with more points of failure and is that worth it.
we don't want to use other 3rd party app, but we just think that mikrotik is not capable of UTM for firewall, do you have any suggestion?
