Maria Grace Pezanetti Mock, age 63, passed away on April 10, 2024 at her home in Thomasville, Georgia . Services for Mrs. Mock will be held in the Cadwell Chapel of Cox-Ivey Funeral Home on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. with Mr. Mike Nichols, officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 19,2024 from 5:00-7:00 pm in the Cadwell Chapel. Interment will be held at White’s Bridge Church Cemetery, in Miller County, Georgia.
Maria Grace Pezanetti was born to Lawrence and Judith Ann O’Conner Pezantti in Springfield, Massachusetts on June 28,1960. On June 12,1988, she married James William Mock who preceded her in death in 2009. Maria was a graduate of Manatee Vocational Technical College in Sarasota, Florida and holds an Associate Degree. She worked many years as a clerk with the United States Postal Service.
Mrs. Mock is survived by her children, Aurora Jackson (Justin), Bradley Mock, Steven Mock, James Mock, Jr.,(Torri), Nathan Mock, Valerie Walls (Patrick), and Mark McQuate. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and her siblings, Larry Pezanetti, Michael Pezanetti, Daniel Pazanetti, and Margaret Cook (David). Mrs. Mock was predeceased by her parents, her husband, her children, Angie Stoudenmire and Crystal Mock as well as her brother, Timothy Pazanetti.
