Hotel is somewhat old. One functioning lift which meant lots of waiting to get in and out of the hotel. Bathroom layout is dated and the main bar was closed on Mondays. There is better hotels in this price range in Perth central so please address this.

Stayed for two nights, room was ok, bathroom pretty average, room service slow and pretty poor value, location nothing special

Room had one broken chair and no tv remote. Shower curtain too long in the bath, and created a trip hazard. If it was outside the bath during showers it flooded the bathroom. Room service was over priced, terrible, and they brought the wrong food. Heated pool was freezing. Spa was empty. Only one lift seemed to work. Overall terrible hotel.
