Where Does Meghan McCain Live? Photos Inside Her Homes | Closer Weekly

Meghan McCain Likes to ‘Live Like a Bachelor’ — Inside Her Los Angeles, New York and D.C. Homes

A beautiful gift! Meghan McCain‘s first baby, Liberty, made her arrival in September 2020, and since then, she’s been adjusting to her new life as a mom. Fortunately, the View alum and her husband, Ben Domenech, have homes across the country, including Los Angeles, New York and Washington D.C., that they can always bounce around to.

“My version of entertaining at home is putting on some cool music and opening up a bottle of Jack Daniel’s or wine,” Meghan shared with The Los Angeles Times in October 2015. “I can’t cook, unless you want Cheez Whiz on a Ritz cracker. I am the female Oscar Madison.”

Before welcoming Liberty, Meghan preferred spending most of her time between New York and Los Angeles. In Hollywood, she liked to “live like a bachelor” in her comfy one-bedroom loft, which has smoky hardwood floors and an open living space.

“This is my favorite thing in the apartment; it’s very Beetlejuice,” she said to the outlet while looking at her kitchen counter, which has a brutalism design. “I imagine this is what moon rocks look like.”

However, Meghan’s New York home is just as fabulous. She designed it with a “Scarface meets Graceland” type of style because the new mom doesn’t like “traditional” decor. “I make my living talking about serious subject matter, but I’m a weirdo. I love a rock ‘n’ roll aesthetic, and I want my place to be where the after-after-party can happen,” she dished.

Now that the Dirty Sexy Politics author welcomed baby No.1, she prefers to reside in Washington D.C. with her spouse and baby girl. In fact, Meghan said her “incredible life” in D.C. was one of the reasons she decided to exit The View after four seasons.

“We’re surrounded by my family and friends,” she explained during the July 1 episode of The View, noting she’d had to leave that all behind in order to host the show from the New York City studios. After thinking about “where [she wants] Liberty to have her first steps and her first words,” her heart was telling her to stay in D.C. “I just have this really wonderful life here that ultimately I felt like I didn’t want to leave,” she gushed.

Although Meghan and Ben are settling down in D.C., they still have their L.A. and New York pads to vacation to!
