What is the Benefit of Baking a Meatloaf on a Sheet Pan Rather Than in a Loaf Pan?

Both are great ways to bake a meatloaf, but if you place the meat loaf on a sheet pan, there is more surface area to crisp up. This means more flavor for your meatloaf!

Why Put Ketchup On Top of Your Meatloaf?

Brushing the top of the unbaked meatloaf with ketchup helps to seal the moisture inside. It also provides a tangy flavor that compliments the rich meatloaf.
