I was a walk-in (a tire in need of repair) and greeted by the Owner?/?Manager, who was very pleasant and polite and transferred me to James Swanson. James was also very plesant, polite and knowledgable. A few more items popped up and were repaired. Everyone was nice. I didn't purchase from them but only because they didnt have the color of Altima I wanted.

They replaced a serpentine belt which did not need to be replaced, which I might've accidentally approved through text message. But honestly, I don't think I did, and still had to pay for it. I've been going there from almost 2 years. The service advisor that I work with said I thought something was weird or maybe odd she said. But knowing that still did not come back to confirm the replacement of the serpentine belt.

Charged me $160 to remove 4 lug nuts. I lost the wheel key and needed my tires changed. I called the other Maus locations just to see what they would charge. Brooksville was under $100 and North Tampa said they would remove them at no charge and just had to buy new lugs. Unfortunately I was in a bind and needed them removed asap. So $160 and 2 hours later (yes that's how long they took to remove 4 lug nuts) I felt really ripped off.

Worst experience at a dealership I've ever had. They had the car for several days and there was a problem with the alternator and battery that I did not have when I brought it in. They also sold me four tires was defective. I will never go there again.

New in Tarpon area and went in as a new customer for oil and tire rotation .They have lots of nice waiting areas . With an appointment I was there 2.5 hrs but they have a shuttle service if you don't want to wait . My service rep ( James ) was very thorough and efficient .
