My main problem with the first game is that I, as a player had literally 1 option for a good car against the AI.

While the AI could use any car and they'd still be rapid af.

Hopefully this second game fixes that minor inconvenience.

I just tried it with Cloud and liked it a lot. 

Downloading it now so will dive into it properly later. Also waiting for Diablo.

Had some fun with the first one. My wife enjoyed it, but she could never really keep up with me. It’s very fast paced, and she ended up flying off every single turn. She still had FUN while doing it… but I found myself stopping dead in my tracks after every turn so she could catch back up. We’d basically just race for 11th place every time.

You really need to get the drifting mechanic locked in to succeed. Sort of like Mario Kart, but a bit more punishing. The game constantly has you boosting everywhere, and also throws a ton of sharp turns at you. It’s like you’re meant to fall off the track all the time

My biggest issue was - you could only unlock new cars by playing single player. And I only bought the game as a casual splitscreen racer.

Did a few levels by myself to unlock half a dozen cars, but I wasn’t going to sit there grinding that stuff for a dozen hours so we could have some variety. And that variety was one of the big selling points of the game. Kind of a bummer.

Eventually the game bugged out and any time we’d try to play splitscreen, one half of the screen would just be black. I don’t know. Moved on after that.

Its not letting me download on PC, only cloud play. Anyone else?

I only played the first game and it felt frustrating at times.
