The Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa boasts an atmosphere that captivates some guests with its stunning views and cozy furnishings, although others feel it could benefit from a decor refresh. Its prime location earns high marks for proximity to attractions despite the extra travel costs mentioned. Guests commend the overall cleanliness but have noted issues with room servicing. While the friendly staff receives accolades, the value is often questioned due to high parking and spa fees. Room experiences vary, with the views being a highlight amidst concerns over cleanliness and maintenance.

Hotel is literally overlooking the Falls. Amazing view. Great location. Bed was excellent. Decor was a bit dated. Paid for a room with a jacuzzi tub but the jets did not work. Fitness center was decent. Ate lunch in the hotel restaurant and food was above average for hotel dining.

Very pleased that this was the hotel we chose for our 45th wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived, the staff including the parking attendants, the bellman, the front desk, and housekeeping could not have been friendlier or more attentive to our needs. The room was very comfortable and the view of the Falls from the 19th floor was spectacular.
Regarding the restaurant, we were blown away by the breakfast buffet. The variety of offerings, including the omelet station were amazing. Ordering from the menu was also an alternative. I had the breakfast sandwich which was hot, oozing with cheese on a perfectly done English muffin with yummy crisp bacon.
The dining at night was another enjoyable experience. The views, the perfectly done steak and the excellent service made it worth not venturing out.

Excellent location, I don;t know how you could get a better location than this hotel. My wife and I booked the hotel 2 weeks prior to our travel date in Early September and we got a great room with a fantastic view. The smile on my wife's face was worth the price. It rained for 2 of the 4 days that we were at the hotel but that did not deter anything at all. One of the days we spent sitting in front of our window drinking wine and just enjoying the view. The hotel was pricey even using Marriott points but worth it.

The absolute best part of this hotel is the view, so it's definitely worth upgrading your room for the $40 CAD if you get the chance. I woke up to the sun rising over the Horseshoe Falls and it was breathtaking! The only downside to this hotel is having to pay for WiFi, which I expected to be included in the $40 upgrade cot. Overall though I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to Niagara Falls.

We enjoyed our stay and the view was amazing from the room. Annoying that for the price we don't get WiFi in the room. Free WiFi in lobby. The hotel is close to the falls and it was easy to go to the observation deck. Limited food choices at the hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights with friends. We had requested a room from the 9th floor up and no feathers in the room. At check-in, the guy gave us a room on the 7th floor and assured me that there were no feathers/down in my room. The view from our room on the 7th floor was great. I went to use the refrigerator but it would not work - even the top shelf was broken. I called down and they brought another refrigerator up right away. We were so tired that I didn't check the bed for feathers/down but discovered the next day that it was feather/down pillows and comforters. I called that evening after we had returned and a lovely lady, who is allergic to feathers, came up and removed all the pillows and comforter. I just wish I had gotten her name because she was so nice. The new pillows were not very good - but at least no feathers. The room itself was very nice with a large double Jacuzzi in the bathroom and a separate shower and toilet. It was so nice to have your coffee in the morning overlooking the falls. Worth the additional money to have the falls view. Bring your own water as they charge $6.95 for a bottle. Went to The Lobby Bar once but the bartender had no personality.

Good Hotel but the ace is the View - absolutely fantastic. We didn't need to leave our room to see niagra Falls. Hotel was 4 star with a starbucks in the lobby. Only real complaint was it took some time to get the car brought around (up to 40 minutes) and the split lift system to access the upper floors i.e. you could push the button get multiple lifts arriving but non would go higher than the mid floors (frustrating) Otherwise a great stay in the perfect location.

Hotel decor is a bit dated but the Fallsview is superb so it made up for the tired looking settee.
Staff helpful and the ladies looking after the touring desk are excellent.
Do ensure to choose a Fallsview room and try to catch the sunrise through the mist of the horseshoe fall.

Very well located hotel with the best view of the Falls on the Canadian side. The bell staff and reception staff was very friendly and helpful. F&B staff less so. The room was comfortable and spacious!

The customer service was amazing.
I pulled up to valet parking and was told it was $35 but was told other alternatives. I did valet park my vehicle and when leaving the next day my car was there so fast. Customer service at check in and check was amazing too. Very informative. My room was beyond amazing. I stayed on the 14th floor and had a panoramic view of the falls. Just amazing! It was so clean and the bed was so comfortable. I'll definitely stay there again and hope for the same room!

Do they accept debit?
Answer from Nicole P

We used a credit card, but I believe debit works the same way as long as it has a mastercard or visa logo on the card. They will put a hold on it, and if the account has enough funds, the debit should be fine.

Make sure it’s a room above the 12th floor - and get there early. And check your bill before you leave. I’d tell them of your special o as soon too - I would have thought they would be less likely to give your room away which is what they did to us

You can either self-park for $39 per day in a car park nearby (the valet staff will tell you where it is and give you a note to put on your dashboard) or valet parking for $59 per day.
