Academic Calendar

The 2023-24 Academic Calendar is available online. Additionally, the Graduate School Calendar provides important dates and reminders for graduate students. Please note changes to semester starts and fall breaks, among other shifts in Graduate School dates. 


Important Information for New Graduate Assistants: I-9 Form Requirement

All new graduate assistants must complete an I-9 form within 72 hours of their starting date. Graduate School staff will be available to accept and process I-9 forms on:

  • Monday, August 28, 2023, 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. in Zilber Hall, room 217 (the conference room next to the main entrance to the Graduate School).
  • Tuesday, August 29, 2023, 11:00 a.m. – 3 p.m. in Zilber Hall, room 217 (the conference room next to the main entrance to the Graduate School).

On other dates, students can come directly to the Graduate School, Zilber Hall, room 205 during regular business hours 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Forms are available on the Graduate School’s website. A list of acceptable I.D.s is on page two of the form. All I.D.s must be original and unexpired.
