Unfortunately, the district cannot be held responsible for lost applications. Late applications are processed and placed on a separate list. In March, you will be notified as to whether your child was accepted or placed on a ranked waiting list. If spaces become available, students are taken off the waiting list in order. magnet Schools that have exhausted their waiting list but still have openings, will take students off their late list. Once the late list is exhausted applicants are encouraged to pursue the walk-in process. Interested walk-in applicants should contact Mark Twain World Languages magnet at 310-305-3194. 3.
