We had a lovely evening following a day of horse racing. The food was delicious, our waitress did a fabulous job, she was fun and funny.

We loved The Bugler! The food is consistently delicious, and the service was ideal...not stuffy, but efficient. In our group, we had the massive and perfectly-cooked and -seasoned pork chop; the shrimp and grits (spicy); a lobster tail; and the cedar plank salmon. All were exceptional. The bread with the seasonal butter (this time a citrus) was so good! I had to move the bread basket, so I wouldn't continue to nosh and fill up. The amuse-bouche from the chef this time was a mango salsa with tajin seasoning. Very interesting, for sure. We will be back to The Bugler soon!

Heard about the restaurant through a friend. It was spot on. We tried to make a reservation days ahead, but it basically was showing as “sold out”. We were staying at the casing on the Oaklawn track where the restaurant is located, basically made a reservation on the spot. Worked out great. Highly recommend.

The new manager they have from California is fantastic. He is a great addition. The server , Joel , is excellent. The food is spot on . The local craft beer is a great addition. 5 stars across the board !!!!

Fabulous: our server, Jonny was attentive yet did not smoother. The staff was sensitive to our dietary restrictions…which we were so grateful for. Excellent menu!

As usual, the brunch and service at the Bugler was outstanding. The brunch buffet is fantastic and I highly recommend it. Marnee and Allen are top notch when it comes to customer service.

We ordered the grilled plank salmon and it was cooked to perfection. Our waitress, Cassie, is just the best and always look forward to dining at the Buglar. Great view of the Oaklawn Track, too.

Cocktail wasn't made correctly appetizer (shrimp) was tasteless we were looking forward to the shrimp we had had before at the post parade and loved them Soup was ok could have been hotter Filet mignon was just ok Ocean Harvest was terrible and I sent it back. Pasta was gooey not creamy. Most all the seafood was cold and tastless but the shrimp and lobster claw was terrible. Desert was fine

Many thanks to Rebecca for accommodating our party of 12 on March 30th during the Arkansas Derby! It was a beautiful day, and our waiter was outstanding. I think has name was Alan, and he was so diligent. It was a great day. Highly recommend!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary with an amazing dinner at The Bugler. I can honestly say that I’ve never had a better dining experience. Every staff member was courteous and attentive. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The food was splendid! And we really enjoyed the atmosphere. We will return.

Our server Chris was excellent. Food was great. Reservation was 7:30. Arrived at 7:27 and was told by a not so friendly hostess that we could wait outside as we looked at many empty tables. I asked if we could sit at the bar and be served and was told by the bartender that we couldn’t because they had a party of 25 (I think) in the back and she was going to be busy. Ok. We were seated at Chris’ table shortly thereafter and watched several people sit at the bar and get served. 2 were served food. So I don’t know.🤷🏻‍♀️ Again, the food and Chris were great. We have dined here several times and will probably go back.

One of the best buffets I have ever had and just $40. Love to watch the horse races from the patio and eat some wonderful food. We come to Oaklawn every year from McKinney Texas…The Bugler weekend buffet will be a part of every trip.

We had another wonderful dining experience with our dearest friends after a long day of watching horse racing. All 4 of us enjoyed the food, drinks, ambience and the view overlooking the race track. All the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Looking forward to our next dining experience.

This was our 2nd time at The Bugler, and we have loved it both times. Our waiter Chris went above and beyond, even providing a surprise dessert for our “Babymoon” celebration. We will definitely be back! Great food, great service, great atmosphere.

My Birthday celebration dinner with friends was above expectations. We had both won races as owners so wanted everything perfect. Chris was the best, as always. Food and attention to detail were impeccable . Look forward to another dinner experience

We LOVE the Bugler!!!!! We eat there often and the food is consistently fantastic! Our favorite server is Ashley, but management does a great job of instilling the value of excellent service because everyone is so friendly. The chef never disappoints with delicious entrees and gorgeous presentation. Make sure you plan to eat there EVERY time you are in Hot Springs!!! ❤️❤️❤️

A special treat for fine dining on our trip to Oaklawn casino, hotel, and race track. Dinner was superb and service excellent. We had haddock and lamb. Both dishes were prepared and beautifully presented. The venue and restaurant are beautiful. Definitely a special experience for Valentine and birthday week.

It was a night to remember. We felt so special. J. Dior was our waiter who was so attentive and so helpful what to order. Dior correctly got our taste to the tee. My server Chris delivered very personalized service which I truly appreciated. The food was excellent and the chef added several surprise additions. Food presentation was beautiful. The view overlooking the racecourse was amazing.
