Marblehead Police Chief Search Virtual Public Forum Tuesday Night

The Police Chief Steering Committee will hold the forum to discuss the search and results from a recent survey on Tuesday night.

MARBLEHEAD, MA — Marblehead's Police Chief Steering Committee is looking for public input throughout the search process with the next opportunity being a virtual public forum on Tuesday.

The committee has also issued a survey with the deadline to submit feedback there Friday at noon.

The public forum will solicit resident opinion and provide feedback from the survey.

The link to the virtual forum, which begins at 6 p.m., can be found here.

Community stakeholder groups are also asked to provide feedback. Any that would like to do so outside of the survey and virtual public forum can do so by calling 781-631-0000 or wileyk@marblehead.org.

The town's job description said it is looking for someone "committed to collaborative leadership" who will work with town leadership to improve the quality of life for all residents and "be able to balance a respect for the long history and tradition of the Marblehead community with a willingness to bring a fresh perspective to the role."
