Upon Arrival, the check in was easy- the concierge upgraded our room and was fun and helpful. The room was a little small, but very clean and the view of the East Beach was gorgeous. The hotel had many amenities that we didn't end up utilizing however, if you want a nice, clean place for a get-away this would be a great fit.

Enjoy our recent stay. The hotel has been updated and is done well. Bathroom is beautiful and everything was very clean! Hotel location is prime and we even enjoyed the heated pool. Staff was very helpful and parking convenient!

We’ve been at this hotel when they were still Hyatt. Nothing really had changed, I mean this hotel is still highly recommended.
The hotel is across the street from the beach, an easy walk to Stearns Wharf, and a short drive to downtown amd funk zone.
The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, fluffy pillows, and smells good.
The pool is working. They only serve breakfast that you can order to go or sit and eat at the pool.
The staff are courteous and very helpful.
I wouldn’t ask for anything else, well, maybe a restaurant for lunch or dinner. But then again, there are restaurants that are just walking distance from the hotel.
I’ll keep in coming back at this hotel.

We love this hotel and go for 2-3 day 'staycations' not far from home. It's an attractive Santa Barbara Spanish Colonial style hotel across from a large and beautiful beach with views in all directions. It isn't as big as it looks, so you don't feel crowded even around the smallish but very pleasant pool. We look forward to their restaurants opening.

Hotel’s location is great. Walking distance to the beach and State St. Love how they have bikes for you to ride for free & breakfast was yummy. Unfortunately, I
had an issue with how front desk handled a couple requests I had made and to top it off , I left my jacket in the room after we
Checked out and didn’t realize I had left it until I got home which is 2 hours away. I tried texting them, called their lost and found and left a message. They still haven’t called me back. It’s been 3 weeks. Service is as important if not more than the appearance or location of a hotel. If they can improve service then it would be a great hotel overall. I’ve been to category 5 or higher hotels and they are not ready to be a category 5 hotel.
