A very cosy restaurant serving traditional german food. The service is very good and the portions are generous. The best food experience we had in Germany. Worth a visit. I can recommend the Ulm snitchel.

We went for dinner. The place was almost full but the service was friendly and professional. The Oktoberfest Beer was excellent. The Wiener Schnitzel (14.80),
Maultachen gescmelzt (ravioli) (8.70), Kartoffel Puffer (5,10) were excellent too.

Relaxed local restaurant offering a wide range of typical local food. There is also a salad bar. Location is in a side street of Hirschstrasse, the main shopping street. It is a good place to relax and recharge after sightseeing and shopping. In summer one can sit outside too.

Stayed one night in Ulm and sought out this restaurant because of the Bavarian and Swabisch cuisine. It was a lovely evening and we sat outside on the street, great for people watching. We were not disappointed as the food and wine we ordered was first class and a free salad too....bonus! If we had realised that it was actually part of a hotel we would have stayed there aswell, right in the centre of Ulm with parking. We were travelling with my father who is 83 and can't walk too far these days. Parking is widely available on the street, but can be hard to find and you have to pay upto 8pm. Don't let that put you off...I think you'll find it worth while....just soak up the atmosphere, relax and enjoy!!

We loved the ambience and the food was outstanding. Location is also great, however wait times were just plain unacceptable. We waited also half an hour between the salad and main meal and again for the bill. Drink orders were always filled right away but the food took way too long. Some servers were very nice, others so-so.
