Stopped at a cafe for a coffee opposite the Leaning house and was able to sit back and marvel over the building and its position. Ulm is a very lucky city to have so many interesting places to visit. Enjoyed Ulm Munster and a great breakfast at Einsteins.

The most crooked hotel in the world according to the Guinness book of Records. I didn't go inside at all but from the outside it is stunning. The leaning of the building is so noticeable as one end actually seems to be falling into the stream that runs past! Every window is adorned with brightly coloured flowers and it certainly is a sight worth seeking out.

Stayed there a couple of times. It's a hoot. The floors are slanted and the beds have a water scale to assure you, that you won't fall out of bed. Beautifully appointed modern rooms and bathrooms. Great breakfast. If you cannot stay there (it is booked way in advance) you must visit and look at it from the outside. It is a tourist attraction. Centuries have settled the house and it appears to shift on one side (it is rock solid), hence "Schiefes Haus", which means slanted or crooked
