Walkthrough: Border Patrol
You begin the scene in a garage. Search it to find Bottles and Wire. Once you have those items, move to the front right corner of the area and press the button. Stay next to the wall and a guard will run in and go right by you. As he gets by you, turn around and get behind him. Perform a Gruesome execution for max style points. Pick up the guard's Heavy Handgun. Smash the pane of glass in the corner and collect a Glass Shard.
Head outside and move to the shadow near the big tree. Cause a ruckus to bring a guard a-callin' and creep up behind him when he goes past. Ice him with the glass shard and move to the large brick gates.
Wall strafe on the left side of the gate and draw two hunters down the hill. Pop around and smoke them with the heavy handgun as they come down. Return to the garage area and go behind it to collect the Crowbar.
Climb the left side of the hill and wait in the shadows near the tree. Throw a bottle to make the guard turn his head, then creep around the mossy statue mound to the right and execute him from behind. Pick up his Shotgun, and go inside the nearby shack to get a Glass Shard. Use the crowbar on the padlocked gate and step through.
Weave through the hedges and hide in the shadow of the nearest tree. Make some noise to draw the closest one over to inspect, and you know the rest. When he dies, wait in the shadow of the nearest tree and alert the next one. He'll come inspect the body, and you can dispatch him then. Grab the Glass Shard on the side of a small hill, and head down the left path toward the Save Point. As you do, a short cut scene will play showing more guards streaming into the area. When it ends, run up to the icon and save, then back up a tad and wall strafe on the right hedge, looking down the alley where the save point was.
With your back to the hedge, make some noise to draw a bevy of hunters out of hiding. As they approach, move them down with the shotgun. There should be five total. These guys drop Assault Rifles, which you should swap out. Now duck inside the hedges and head left. Go through an arch to find a gazebo near a pair of crucifixes. Inside is a Glass Shard. Continue into the next area, past the abstract sculpture. There are stairs leading down here. Move down the left edge of the stairs and execute the hunter who's looking the other way.
Go into the maze and cap the first two hunters, then run back to the stairs and go up into the yard. Wait at the top of the stairs and take down the suckers who charge you. You can shoot them through the lattice, giving you a distinct advantage. When you've whacked them all, head right on the path from the stairs, and take the first left into the maze. From there, take a right. Follow it around to see a set of stairs. Don't go up it yet. Instead, take a left back into the maze and follow it around to the Save Point.
After saving, return to the stairs. Hide in the shadows to the right at the top of the stairs. Run up to the left side of the doorway ahead and make a noise to draw the hunter out. He'll put his back right to you as long as you stay at the edge of the wall, making for an easy execution. Head inside and take a right down the bright hallway. Move up the spiral stairway and up to a parapet. Here, you'll see a sniper. Take him out with the crowbar from behind. Move along the balcony and go to the next parapet. Slay the sniper here as well. Use the Sniper Rifle to shoot any guards in the courtyard below. As soon as you fire a single shot, they'll come up the stairs. Swap out for a beefier weapon, lurking in the shadows between the balcony and stairs to lay in wait. When they all die, run downstairs, head all the way to the left across the face of the mansion and go downstairs to end the scene.
