Great place to have some beer and chat with locals and tourists! Neat to experience history. Abraham Lincoln,Babe Ruth and many others used to hang out here! Fun!

Rudy's is a fantastic dive bar, with cheap beer and a free frank with every drink. It's small, lively and full of character. We met some interesting locals while sitting at the bar, who were happy to chat. Great place!

I´ve been a Blues fan almost all my life, I live in Mexico City and now at 46 yrs I had the 1st chance to listen to it live! I did my research, and this bar was mentioned many times, so I planned my itinerary accordingly.

The prices are ok, the waitresses and bartenders were friendly and professional.

I got the chance to listen to Jr Mack (Grammy Nominee) which was great, the whole band has something special and I´m thankful of having this memory now.

You are not allowed to take pictures or videos of the band... at least that you are a woman and dance with the manager (I supposed he was, short guy, long gray hair with sunglasses) I would love to have at least one song recorded on my phone but well, I didn´t wanted any trouble, that said, it was a great night; My 15yr old self finally got to listen a real blues band; as a guitar player and singer, I learned a lot and will make sure to honor it when I jam. Long Live the Blues!

An iconic Jazz location which genuinely exceeded all expectations. I went with my daughter, and whilst neither of us are jazz aficionados the quality of music, the atmosphere and everything about our evening was magical. I love New York (this was my 6th visit), but will now ensure that every return I go back to this magical place.

Amazing views on empire state building and the lounge chairs similar to those we have at ski station are so cool
Went with a friend for a rooftop and was not disappointed.
We did not drink nor eat so cannot comment on this. Queue seemed super long to order so we did not bother too much. Looked more a place to grab a beer in a plastic cup rathder than fancy old fashion cocktails..
Not sure i will pick this place for food
Decor is underground nothing fancy and crowd is super chill and young
    Nice spot

Fantastic place in mid town. Had purchased a cigar at "Davidoff of Geneva since 1911", which on many pages when you Google, says should be a bar/lounge, but they only serve members these days, or you can sit and smoke, for a fee of $100! I asked for recommendation on another place, and they said this, and that was a good suggestion.
Fantastic interior and ambience, as a cigar lounge/bar should have. With that dark, wooden style and large chairs or sofas. A bar to sit at as well.
Was offered a seating of two arm chairs, that were so nice. Got a glas of Champagne and sparkling water and smoked my AVO, with such a satisfaction and joy. A magical place to wind down a bit from all the walking and shopping.
Do not see a food menu on their site, but saw a man get a clud sandwich, maybe he was a regular.
Great service and knowledge of cigars.

Great NYC comedy club located in Chelsea. Went to one of the Gotham All-Star nights. Although, I didn't recognize any of the names of the comics who performed, all were great and provided many laughs. Small room without a bad seat in the house. However, don't sit along the stage unless you don't mind being picked on by the comics. $28 plus 2 drink minimum per person for a 90-minute show. There are usually 2-3 shows per night. I was able to book a table for 4 just a week before the show which was convenient unlike Comedy Cellar that was completely booked out well in advance.

Visited Bar 54 when staying in the hotel , Hyatt Centric

Left the teenage kids in the hotel room whilst enjoying a drink with the wife as over 21’s only ( we went with the kids to bar 54 early one morning as the hotel allows all residents the chance to visit during the day when not serving alcohol )

Fantastic views, although pricey drinks but it’s New York and it’s the highest rooftop bar in town !

Enjoyed a pleasant meal here with family whilst on holiday in NYC. Visually amazing restaurant with a good, happy atmosphere and music playing in the background. Lots of memorabilia to view and read about the history of the building. The restaurant is accessed through the gift/clothes shop upstairs. It was busy but we were able to get a table for five as a 'walk in'. We were seated right away by really friendly, happy, attentive staff. Expected main course portions to be bigger than they were (burger and chips) by USA standards but the ice cream sundae's/desserts were huge and tasted amazing! Meals were expensive but you are paying for the experience of eating in the iconic Hard Rock Cafe in Times Square NYC so that is to be expected!

Why? Why not! Bit of a tourist trap but well worth a visit on a hot summer afternoon. Great location, super relaxed. Decent food and drink selection.

Had we not known this was here, we would not have been able to find it. The walk down the dark scary alley was all part of the experience. Great swing music. Good drinks, and the bouncer Roger took us back in time to prohibition era NYC.
