This has got to be the BEST Mandarin, or equal to Weston. You have to go. They TREAT you like royalty as soon as you walk in. Annie treats you like you are a somebody. My husband and I are Seniors, and we love to the variety, the fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, every type of salad, lots of dumplings, beautiful salmon, roast beef so tender, you can cut it with an ordinary knife. Folks if you are a vegetarian there is such a variety, just check it out. Sushi to die for, ribs, and mashed potatoes and vegetables, with gravy and if the kids like pizza or fries, there are lots. The Servers are absolutely amazing and they are there all the time to help you, take away empty plates, and above all, they are the BEST. You will love this location, clean, friendly and the food is HOT AND lots of it.

My second and last time at this location: Dirty!!! The tables were dirty, the utensils were sticky, the plates still had food suck to them and the carpet looked like it hasn't been vacuumed in weeks.
Poor quality food.

Im not sure what happened between a few months ago up until just recently, the restaurant was always wonderful before this experience, but this experience alone tainted any further experiences going forward. The beginning of dinner began and the host seated all the guests in one room area where a woman with five kids, and a few other adult female members just thought it was okay to have her eight year old play a loud music show while he was eating and there were guests all around, it was so loud a conversation couldn’t take place across the room without yelling. I discreetly asked the manager outside the room to ask the woman to have her child turn the IPad TV off and the manager seemed surprised when I just moved locations, just after he warned the women to turn the music low, she instead had her child increase it exponentially, so I couldn’t respect the managers weak disposition after that and thought much initiative was needed just to enjoy a relatively peaceful experience at this location. The varied salad, dinner and dessert items really didn’t taste like real food and but may have been leftover from earlier in the week or mixed with a sanitized chemical as it all tasted the same, which I’ve never experienced before at a Mandarin.
Not a nice place to enjoy a usual Mandarian experience, I would say it is more like a Denny’s Though Denny’s has more customer service and tact and a better selection of food and customer service. The meals should not be priced so high for such terrible service and bad tasting food.

We went to the Mandarin on Dundas St in Mississauga to celebrate our Eldests' son's Birthday. I mentioned my nut allergies, and a manager was summoned to discuss. He (Arthur) went the extra mile and escorted me through the buffet, explaining which items would be an issue and which were at risk of crooss-contamination. Of course, there is an element of dine at your own risk, but they were making an effort to reduce my risk of allergic reaction.
My apologies to our server as I did not get her name, but she was excellent, very attentive.
I would definitely make a return visit to this location.

I was just at the Mandarin today for lunch buffet. I was there at 11:40am and while I had my meal, not once was my water refilled or my plated cleaned. It's not like it was busy at this point as the buffet had just opened and it's a Wednesday. I had to ask for my water to be refilled 3 times. I was completed dissatisfied with the service. The only time they spoke to me was to ask if I wanted coffee or any other drinks. I won't be returning to this location, that's for sure.

I ordered 3 things. 1. Black pepper and beef Hor Fan, 2. general tso chicken. 3. Lemon Chicken. 3 things, I waited for 45 mins. The Hor Fan has zero sauce, and the rice noodles are stiff and all broke apart in small chunks. It has a lot of beef but the over all taste is so bad and terrible!!! The General Tso's chicken are all super saggy and too much sauce, 20% of the bowl is all saggy fried flour in sauce. Lemon Chicken, the chickens are big but they are all saggy with zero hint of crispyness. Both chicken are supposed to be deep fried at lest 2 times, but they fried it once and put the sauce on and call it a day, the sauce are too wet and making the whole dish saggy. Horrible horrible. I will never eat or order from this restaurant again. What the hell is going on, it was no where this bad last time I go. This has worst food than the worst super market cafeteria food. Hell, i rather buy frozen dishes than these dog crap. Should be shame of yourself.

My first visit and not the last one! we had a great meal today. Our waitress Selina had welcomed us and served us through the evening with no delays for drinks, tables were constantly cleaned up, water refilled and her approach to make our evening pleasant will not go unnoticed. Thank you ! My nephew felt special when you brought all the fortune cookies! :) looking forward to seeing you again in the future! Thank you for everything!

We visited in the early afternoon. The food was good, the price was great, and or server, Ping, was excellent. Service was prompt and polite. I never found myself waiting for assistance despite the large number of guests. Overall this is a great place to take a family to eat.

My husband and I went there this afternoon and we had a very entertaining time. Cici was our Waitress and she did an outstanding job. The place was busy, and the food was more than plentiful and piping hot. Arthur one of the Managers, had his hands full with how busy it was, BUT did an excellent job. We've had Mandarin (at its original Brampton location, now at the Brampton flagship spot and closer to home in Dundas in Mississauga) in our lives for birthdays and special family events for four decades!
COVID has changed our meal approaches, so takeout is usually the thing for now.... But we still enjoy our Mandarin fix. The westernized touch is a model that has worked for the resto through the years, and for some of our family fussypants eaters it works extremely well. Thank you for being there for us, Mandarin!

Always satisfied with the Brampton location. Not so at this one. Who came up with the strange idea of using bean sprouts instead of noodles in Chow Mein? I like bean sprouts but when I order Chow Mein I expect noodles. The online menu clearly says ‘no noodles’ but the menu we were given in person to order from did not. Or if it did, we missed it. We didn’t realize it was bean sprouts until we got home. Something as basic as this should have been mentioned.
The Sweet & Sour Chicken Balls could better be described as dough balls. The chicken was pretty much nonexistent. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

It was my hubby's birthday and because of COVID 19 we ordered in The delivery man was very polite and friendly The food was hot delicious and plentiful We really enjoyed it Thank you for the great service We will be doing it again and recommending it to our friends
