Overall, it was a delightful experience!☺️ Upon our arrival at 3 pm, we encountered a minor setback as our room was not yet prepared. However, the staff promptly directed us to the bar, where we enjoyed a refreshing in-house drink. While we understood that December 31st was a busy day, waiting two hours without any updates was slightly disappointing. Nevertheless, I am grateful that the staff went above and beyond to compensate for the inconvenience. They graciously granted us a late check-out until 6 pm the following day and even surprised us with a delightful chocolate gift! (Many, many chocolateeeeeee😍) Surprisingly, I found myself quite content with the delay, which added humour to the situation! All members of the staff were incredibly helpful, and I was particularly impressed with the convenience of their WhatsApp messaging service. They responded promptly and made it effortless to communicate my needs. The room was exactly as depicted in the pictures, providing a relaxing and comfortable environment. It had everything we required. Furthermore, the hotel exceeded my expectations with its stunning fireworks view from the statue view room. I never anticipated that we would have such a remarkable point to witness the New Year's Eve fireworks. From our window, we had an unobstructed view of the harbour, allowing us to enjoy the spectacle right from the comfort of our room. It was a magical experience and the perfect spot to celebrate the countdown and new year! Thanks to the beautiful room and exceptional service, our experience was nothing short of perfect! I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

This is another beautiful night for our family. It’s very cozy and comfortable. Our family has a wonderful time and we had in-room dining. Good time to be swimming and in gym!

What a great experience! After checking in, go to Wenhua Pavilion for afternoon tea, and then come back from 5:30-7:30 to drink champagne or other alcoholic beverages or fruit juice sodas. During this period, several hot foods, frozen meats, salads, fruits, cheeses, and breads are served. and cakes and other delicacies. On the second morning, you can choose to have breakfast at the Clipper Lounge. It is rich and delicious, and it is very satisfying to complete this staycation.

Staffs are so nice and the service is as always good. We will come again very soon. The view is excellent as well.

The hotel rooms are spacious and beautiful, facing the view of Statue Square. In addition, the design of the room space is smart and practical, with movable curtains separating the study room and the bedroom. There are many types of food in the breakfast and dinner buffets, and 3 fresh oysters are given to each person for dinner. If you are celebrating an anniversary, if you book early, you will be given a box of chocolates in the room and a mousse cake at the buffet dinner.

Got a brilliant experience at the hotel. You can enjoy a fairly good dining discount with a rich breakfast session and nice room view and service offered.

The frontdesk staff colleagues are super helpful, patient, and nice. The room is really elegant and comfortable. And the set breakfast at Café Causette is truly marvelous!!
