Being in the area and wishing a spot of lunch we found Lime & Lemon that we had seen advertised but it was not yet open - Okay this time as now fully functional. Quickly seated and ordered water and given a menu - We...agreed teo Tapa each and share - Gambas PilPil small but ok tho only 4 prawns each, Mussels on toast again very small tapa nad covered two small bits of toast, Chicken skewer with roasted nuts and coconut dressing split in ywo gave us two cubes of chicken each and a wire basket of chips with a tiny jar of garlic mayo all very dainty and I must say tasty. I know it is on the coast but the real shock was the bill €27.50, grossly over priced €3.00 for a 600ml of still water 500ml is a euro almost everywhere. Have tried it and probably never againMore

I almost never go to the same place when on vacation, but everything was surprisingly good and I wanted to try more stuff on their menu. The setting and the service and super nice and all the items on the menu are a great value...for the work and creativity that went behind creating them. Highly recommended!More

Pre-booked our table waited 45 minutes for our drink then another hour for food when others around us were served after being seated after us. Clearly there were just not enough staff to cope with the amount of customers, they were severely under pressure. Food...was really good when it arrived. Top tip sit inside or by the host so you can catch someone’s attention.More

A nice restaurant close to the sea. Excellent Tapas, -not so small portions. Great tastes, Friendly waiters will serve you in both english and spanish. Parking on the street, - can bee impossible in the summertime, however l recommend to go without car and enjoy...the wine.More

As a coeliac this restaurant was a real find for gluten free. Clearly marked on the menu GF or GF option and the tapas were just delicious. Other diners were also commenting how good the food was. It is a popular restaurant so worthwhile booking...though we arrived soon after opening and got a table but it quickly filled up. Worth checking opening days and times too as when we were there it was only open evenings Wednesday to Sunday.More

I don't often give a restaurant 5 stars, but the food here is an absolute joy, together with really lovely staff. In the course of two and a half weeks we visited this establishment four times. Each time we varied our choices to an extent:...we found that three tapas each plus a shared patates bravas was ample - the sweets, at 2€ each, are excellent too (not that you really need them but 1 or 1.5 per head should be tried!) You almost certainly need to book. Well done to the people behind this. For heavens sake don't dilute the quality by opening an additional one!!More

We specifically researched and reviewed the menu regarding dairy free options. As you can see in the menu below, the allergy alerts are beside the menu items OR ARE THEY? We ordered the From the Sea platter for two - we asked to verify that...it was dairy free and IT WAS NOT. The hostess/server said there must have been a mistake made on the newly printed menu - she was not helpful in offering substitutions. In fact there were MANY mistakes, as items we tried to order also contained dairy. Even the items marked Vegan had dairy???? It should not be a restaurant noted on sites listing dairy free options. Very disappointing salmon taco and papaya salad. Others in our group found the menu confusing and when their items came - some were group size and others very small.More

Very good food, but REALLY slow service, that forgot our orders etc. Serving tapas’ that are excellent, but getting first dishes after 1 hour waiting is just not acceptable. In addition, when we ordered more as the first order was not enough (we followed waitresses...instructions), it took another >30 min to get more food. Would not go back, even if the food is good. By far the best Tapas restaurant we have been to. we visited the original Lime and Lemon which was a very small premises near the beach and wondered if moving to a bigger place would have an impact on the food quality but happy to...say it was as good if not better. Well worth a visit.More

Have been to this place a few times in the past at the old location and really pleased to see it’s just as successful. Lots of flavours in the food and the waitress from Leeds was really friendly and helpful. Made the experience really enjoyable.

We enjoyed a tapas type meal here. Familiar cuts of meat and fish etc treated quite uniquely to become tasty and very moreish. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly, chatty, and eager to please. Highly recommended.

Where do I even begin, this place is fantastic, we ate in some great places whilst we were staying in Benalmadena but Lime and Lemon was the best!! We had read the reviews before we went and knew we were in for a treat, we...booked a table (highly recommended as it gets very busy) and from the moment we walked in we were looked after by the staff, fabulous customer service, the interior of the restaurant is beautiful and unique. We had mains and puddings and of course a few cocktails to wash it all down. My husband and I shared the from the sea tapas platter, really different things on there and so yummy, my friend, who is vegetarian, ordered a couple of different veg dishes from the menu, they have a good variety. For pudding we ordered the surprise chef selection of sweet tapas puddings, these were amazing. I could have eaten it all again, it was all so delicious, we will definitely be returning on our next visit to Benalmadena!!More
