Main Street Marijuana - East

A few months ago I left a 1 star with a real bad review because of budtenders not being willing to tell me the THC or pulling out packages to show me. But instead giving me a a sigh or side eye about it.

But today I am giving this place a 5 stars for having an excellent budtender like CADEN, because he actually gave me 5 stars customer service, willingly pulled out all the packages for me to see the THC percentages without any complaints, without any bother. Thank you to Caden for helping me out, there needs to be more budtenders like yourself in the Cannabis industry. I appreciate your help today as these percentages are important to me to be able to make edibles for Chronic Pain issues.

The selection is like no other,they have a huge show room with everything you need and at any price. Definitely the best prices in town. Great budtenders and if they don't know they ask other employees for help to always make sure you find what you're looking for with the effects and the price you need. It's the only place I shop

If I could give 0 I would. I waited for 10 minutes to be helped only to be cut so that a tender could flirt with a customer. I then called him out and was told that he was already helping her like I hadn't been watching the whole time. Basically everyone that works there has 47 chromosomes and that's why they work at a dispo. Would not recommend

This is the place to go. I use both locations in Vancouver. Never disappointed.

Imagine going into a busy DMV with no appointment and no number to hold your place in line. You are at the mercy of "IF" the staff see's you waiting. There is no line, no system. There is no, first-come first serve. This place is only busy because of the location. Their system for helping customers is a huge deterrent for going in there. I understand being understaffed. But there is no excuse for this kind of chaos & disorganization. As a long time mj connoisseur, this is by far the worst, most chaotic pot-shop I have ever been to. And I have been to a lot! Management.....I have mentioned to staff and get shrugged off. A customer is giving you feedback. Get your shit together, this is unacceptable. Avoid this place!!!

They have a wide variety of low level to mid grade waxes but nothing on the high end. The employee's education knowledge is a wide variety depending on who you speak with but because of Washington State laws they cannot allow you to smell the flower before and they certainly can't show you any cartridges for wax so you will not know if your battery fits or not.. If you are sold the wrong item expect at least 30 minutes and minutes and A Spanish Inquisition to ensue Sue ask to why you came back in 60 seconds after your purchase to exchange an item.. They needed my name address and date of birth just 2 just to exchange a cartridge for one that would fit my battery.

The specials for wax Wednesday aren't great and they do it based on bulk purchases versus individual discounts so you have to buy more of the low end product just to get a halfway decent discount. No real loyalty program to speak ofBut if you're in a tight spot and absolutely need some weed I still would probably drive across the river into Oregon or go tor go to another local dispensary

Feeling confused and disappointed!

I am an out of state customer, but come here when I visiting family in the summer months. I love this store and have had nothing but great service every time and have had no issues coming into the store with my ID until today. I went to grab something really quick and was denied entry because I didn't have a second type of identification to prove my date of birth. I have been allowed in 6 times since mid august and find it weird that this person has this policy. I think it's very unlikely that most out of state visitors are carrying their birth certificate and strange to require them to have a passport. If this is your policy that is fine, but would suggest having it posted outside your store and have every one who works the door follow it to avoid discrepancies. He also did not scan my ID to verify if it was a real ID or not, just went straight to asking for other identification! I went to another dispensary no issues, but was disappointed to have this experience here.

Generally good and quick service. Don't buy bongs though, I got mine and the "neck" was super short. Short neck=wet marijuana and that's not ideal. Bummed.

Honestly the best place you can go even though some weirdos be around the building, they should hire some people who walk around the property.

this place is lovely because i can just go on their website and place an order then just walk in, say my name to a worker and they can ring me up. the store does tend to get a little busy but it's ok since there are many employees.
