Great service! My dealership at Greenbrier in Chesapeake couldnt get me in for 30 days. Pathetic! No one ever called me back. Magic City in Lexington was spot on! Got an appointment within days and evaluated the issue and repaired in one day! I will buy my next vehicle from Magic City Lexington.

At first I was very upset because I was told one price, but when it came time for service, was told differently. They finally said I didnt have to pay anything due to the confusion. In the end I was satisfied.

The recall issue was resolved however in resolving the issue the technician created another problem and I had to return the vehicle to get it resolved which they did in a timely manner. Overall I was satisfied after the two 2 visits. The waiting room was sparse and uncomfortable. Rest room was not clean. Sales force and service personnel were constantly roaming in the waiting area. It seemed to me that customer comfort was not a consideration.
