- A naked woman lies panting on a couch covered partly by a blanket. At the other end, we see a man wearing pants, partially covered by the blanket, below his waist uncovered. From his position and the woman's expression, it is evident he is performing cunnilingus. They are interrupted by a man entering the room. The first man puts on a shirt and leaves; the woman tells him she'll be waiting his return. Nudity includes his chest only.
- Home childbirth is shown without any nudity. The child is covered by some bloody placenta. It is reported later one of the mental patients stole and ate the placenta.
