1. This promotion is applicable for the booking of stay on March 9, 10, 16, 17, 31, April 1, 6 or 7, 2024.  Subject to availability.
2. All rates and surcharges are subject to a 10% service charge and a 5% tourism tax.
3. This promotion only includes the room fee for one night's stay in a selected room and does not cover any additional costs or charges.
4. Additional charges will apply for any additional guest enjoying this promotion (maximum two (2) adults and two (2) children aged below 13 years old are allowed in each hotel room). A daily surcharge for the third guest of age 13 years or above applies. This surcharge applies to hotel stay only and does not cover any other package benefits such as tickets or other services.
5. All guests staying inside the room of age 18 and above must show their Melco Style WeChat Membership cards upon check-in to enjoy this promotion. Grand Hyatt Macau reserves the right to charge guests who fail to present their Melco Style WeChat Membership card an additional 20% of the package price.
6. This promotion includes two (2) tickets for one (1) show of the Concert (the “Tickets”) only, and does not cover any additional costs or charges. If guests’ check-in day falls on Saturday, the respective Saturday show will be reserved automatically; if guests’ check-in date falls on Sunday, the respective Sunday show will be reserved automatically; if guests’ check-in date falls on Monday, the respective Monday show will be reserved automatically. The date of the Tickets cannot be changed or exchanged.
7. The Tickets must be used on the ticket stated day. Late redemption will not be accepted.
8. If unredeemed, unused, lost or stolen, the Tickets cannot be replaced, reissued, refunded or compensated. If damaged, manipulated, copied, handwritten, forged, water damaged and/or altered in any way, or if containing any computer programming, printing, mechanical or typographic error, the Tickets will be considered invalid and will not be accepted. Copies, screenshots and/or photos are considered invalid and will not be accepted.
9. Each Ticket can be used by one (1) person only, regardless of age. Tickets for any additional guests must be purchased separately on a full fare basis. 11. Guests are solely responsible for their own safety and personal belongings. Studio City Developments Limited is not responsible for any losses, damages, expenses, and causes of action, injuries or death sustained at the Studio City Event Center or in connection with this promotion.
12. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, vouchers, consumption rebates, promotions or discounts.
13. This promotion, including the Tickets, is not transferable or exchangeable; is not redeemable for cash; is not for sale or resalable; and cannot be used for partial redemption.

18. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy between the English and the Chinese versions.

General Terms for Both Offers in this Promotion: All points awarded under this promotion are Bonus Points. For the purpose of this promotion, an “Eligible Night” is defined as any night where a member is paying an Eligible Rate or redeems a free night award.
