Hart, Lynn Snyder Lynn Snyder Hart 7/1944-8/5/2022 Lynn was a loving mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and wife as well as an amazing friend and supporter to her extended family and community of Ann Arbor. She was born in July of 1944 in Bethlehem, PA to Mary Jane and Frank R. Snyder. She survived her two brothers, Frank R. and Keith L. and her parents. Poised with incredible grace, charm and intellect, Lynn graduated summa cum laude from Moravian College along with being crowned the homecoming queen her senior year. While attending Moravian, she met her future husband, William J. Hart, Jr. Unbeknownst to them, they had only been separated by four city blocks their entire lives. They married in October of 1968 and started a new adventure that would last for 50 incredible years. Bill's work brought them to the lovely town of Ann Arbor in 1972. Eventually, they joined the family of businesses on Main Street when Bill and his brother, Jim, purchased Seyfried Jewelers in 1978. Lynn taught special education in Ann Arbor Public Schools for 30 years and was the perfect gentle soul to do so. Ann Arbor was Lynn's favorite place to be next to Fort Myers Beach and the Jersey Shore, where the family vacationed every year. Bill and Lynn could often be found downtown taking advantage of the amazing culinary experiences. Also avid Michigan fans, they were football and men's basketball season ticket holders for over 40 years. Lynn was a brilliant woman who loved to read and indulge in the arts. Ann Arbor Art Fair was by far her favorite event only second to Musikfest in Bethlehem, PA. Lynn also enjoyed playing with her grandchildren. Even in the latter stages of Alzheimer's dementia, she could still sing the song she always sang to her sweet little Madeline. Marge, Becky and Deanah, Lynn's good friends, visited her often and brought her much joy. Lynn will forever be missed by friends, family and all the hearts she touched in her 78 years. Please consider a gift to the Alzheimer's Association in honor of her. Lynn is survived by her two sons; Will (Kat) and Benjamin (Jennifer); three grandchildren Madeline, William and Cal; brother-in-law Jim Hart and sister-in-law Jeanne Hart.
