As a Pilates instructor, my life revolves around fitness and improving not only my own health and wellness but also those of my clients. It’s fun connecting with people and being able to impact their lives by guiding them on their exercise journeys. Whether I’m preparing the studio’s schedule, teaching a class, or coaching a client, I’m usually dressed in the coziest athleisure, so style and comfort are important to me. 

I also need to keep things affordable. That's why I love perusing Lululemon’s “We Made Too Much” section. It’s a treasure-trove of amazing products at great prices. Even when I’m just browsing, I always find a ton of items like Lululemon Align leggings and belt bags. A lot of their best-selling items end up there simply because they need to make room for new products. Now that spring has arrived, I am excited to dive in and shop for some fun athleisure. Here are 12 spring items I’m buying in Lululemon's “We Made Too Much Section” — and prices start at $19.

Lululemon Align High-Rise High-Rise Pant 28"

From Lululemon’s Align Collection, these full-length leggings feature the brand’s signature Nulu fabric, which is buttery soft and oh-so-flattering. They’re lightweight and sweat-wicking, which is perfect for spring and summer travel. Not only are they great for Pilates and yoga, they’re also super comfortable to lounge around in. Many shoppers love the fabric; one reviewer noted, “They are super soft and comfortable.”

The brand is always coming out with new colors and prints in this collection. When they end up in the We Made Too Much section, I like to take a chance on some of the more vibrant hues I normally wouldn’t pay full price for. Available in sizes 0-20 with 21” inseam and 2-14 with 23” inseam. And if you like more of a cropped legging, the 25-inch Align leggings are still in stock in raspberry.

Lululemon Ribbed Nulu Asymmetrical Yoga Tank Top

I was crushing on this asymmetrical tank top, but didn’t want to shell out $68 for them, so when they went to the “We Made Too Much” section, I bought not only one but three colors. They’re soft and offer light support, which works great under a woven top or one of Lululemon’s popular Define jackets. Plus, they’re super versatile for warm-weather destinations — I’ve worn them paired back with floral midi skirts as well as relaxed Left on Friday shorts. 

Lululemon Quilted Grid Belt Bag Hand Warmer 1.5L

I love the color of this belt bag, especially for spring. I’m a huge fan of Lululemon’s belt bags, so whenever they’re in the We Made Too Much section, it’s all the more reason to build my collection. This belt bag not only holds all your essentials while on the move but it’s also got a fleece-lined sleeve where you can insert chilly hands.

Lululemon Wunder Train Track Twill Jacket

This relaxed zip-front jacket is my favorite layering item when heading to and from Pilates, for coffee meetups, and running errands. Made from their proprietary Everlux Twill fabric, it offers a relaxed and drapey fit that sits well with both leggings and shorts. The sweat-wicking fabric will provide breathability after a gym session. It also features two pockets, along with a hidden phone pocket, to stash your essentials.

Lululemon Align Bodysuit 6"

I’m a huge fan of bodysuits, and this is actually one of my favorite recent purchases. They’re perfect for doing low-impact workouts in, especially hot yoga.  I recently brought it to our family vacation in the Bahamas and found that it’s also easy to pack and super versatile. For extra coverage, I wore it underneath my favorite dress. Made of Nulu fabric with four-way stretch, it’s comfortable, super soft, and flattering. The built-in shelf bra offers light support and coverage. I’m hoping they’ll make more in other colors, because I’d wear them throughout the summer. 

Lululemon Relaxed-Fit Super-High-Rise Cargo Short 4"

Who doesn’t love a cute cargo short? These super-high-rise utility shorts are water-repellent and provide a complimentary silhouette whether you’re hiking, biking, or doing some window shopping. Because they’re high in the waist, I like tucking my tops in to accentuate my figure. They’re great worn with a fitted blazer for a more dressy spring look. The spacious pockets are great for storing keys, cash, and other necessities on the go. They’re available in two colors, in sizes 0 to 16. Seriously, grab them while they’re still available. 

Lululemon Everlux Short-Lined Tennis Tank Top Dress 6"

Although this half-zip dress was designed for tennis, you can wear it anywhere, so it’s an ideal asset to pack for travel. The fabric is sleek, lightweight but not see-through, and sweat-wicking. It has a shorts liner which offers ample coverage both on and off the court. Reviewers mentioned that it runs small, so be sure to size up from your normal size.

Lululemon Blissfeel 2 Women's Running Shoe

If you read my review of Lululemon’s Blissfeel Trail Shoes, you’ll know I’m a huge fan of the brand’s sneakers for both running and leisure activities. That’s why whenever their shoes go on sale, I snag several pairs. The Blissfeel 2 Running Shoes are designed to fit a woman’s foot, offering supportive cushioning and breathability. Not only are they lightweight and compact for packing in suitcases, but they’re also fantastic for all activities, not just running. I can hike all day in them and not get a blister, making them great for discovering a new city while on vacation. They’re offered in sizes 5 to 12.

The City Adventure is a stylish bag that easily stores a lot, with interior pockets to organize, an exterior pocket that holds a 16-inch laptop, and reinforced straps for managing extra weight. The durable, water-repellent fabric keeps your items dry so you can focus on where you need to go. This flirty zip-front top is full of fun details such as embossed side panels and exaggerated short sleeves. Made from recycled materials, it’s structured, but also soft and comfortable. This is one of my more valued, versatile travel pieces because it’s great for spring and summer, but come winter, you can wear it over long-sleeve tops. Great as a cover-up for in-between fitness classes and running errands, it also easily pairs well over a shift dress for meetings and luncheons. At the current price, this is an investment not to pass up.

Lululemon High Ventilation Running Hat

What we all need to stay protected from the sun is this lightweight running hat. Whether you’re on a jog or strolling through town, it’s got you covered. The interior sweatband lining is moisture-wicking for those hot days while small vents on top of the hat allow for maximum airflow, keeping you cool. It’s compact and easy to stuff into my jacket pocket. 

Lululemon Back to Life Tumbler 24oz

I’m currently eyeing this 24-ounce insulated tumbler, which keeps your beverages cold, to keep hydrated during and after classes. I love that it has a folding straw lid for a quick sip and go. The double-wall construction stays condensation-free for an easy grip convenience on travels. Plus, it fits into most conventional cup holders.
