This includes 18 points within Germany, as well as 78 countries within Europe, Africa, Asia, Australia, the Middle East, North America, the Caribbean and South America. The airline's aircraft have a variety of one-cabin and four-cabin configurations that can include First Class, Business Class, Premium Economy Class and Economy Class. Booked business class, flight got cancelled that can happen. I had to travel for work and refunding the flight not an option. The only other option that was available was to downgrade to economy. Okay, not an issue. But I paid fully for business and they DONT REFUND ANYTHING????. Again I understand business was full. But I paid a lot of money for the business class so the least you can do is refund that or give a credit for a next flight. Not possible, it is criminal that they take the money like this and keep it. Live chat agent just stopped writing back and ignored me, no contact number to be found. Worst airline ever, even budget airlines have a good customer service. Never booking here again.…

There wasn't much legroom. Restrooms were quite spacious though. I did not have a good experience with the food. When dinner was served, they offered beef or pasta, which was a quite surprise for me. I'm used to being offered chicken or pasta on planes. I chose pasta, but when I opened the box, it turned out to be an omelette with potatoes. When I said that it didn’t look like pasta, they told me that they had mixed up the boxes, but there was no more pasta. For breakfast I also got an omelette with potatoes. Did not want to eat the same food for the second time in a row.…

On November 29, we flew from Vancouver to Bucharest with a transfer in Frankfurt. Of the 3 suitcases, one was damaged. The company did not deliver the second baggage. Later, we received a message that they found it and would send it to our home by courier. More than 24 hours have passed since the loss of the baggage, but we still do not know when it will be delivered to us. Because of this, we had to cancel the bus booking to another country twice, change many plans. This situation has never happened with other airlines.…

This flight was punctual and we could catch our connection flight. The staff was OK but the food was like in a prison camp. It was like a bus, nothing special.
