- Angelin VelleSingapore, Singapore346 contributionsHuge theme parkWe bought tickets from KLOOK and exchanged for physical tickets at the main entrance (Wild Gate). We went on a Thursday and it was not overly crowded. Some rides had wait time of less than 30 min? As we were with a toddler, we did not manage to take many rides. For my child under 2 yo, we bought a baby ticket for her at 15k won. Many rides have a height requirement and she does not meet it so we went with her on many baby rides and those indoor play area. The nursing room on 1st Floor is good and clean. We did not manage to head out to the outdoor park which was a waste because it was drizzling. Nonetheless, I think it is worth a visit!Visited June 2023Travelled with familyWritten 9 June 2023
- dianne c152 contributionsindoor amusement park with very long queuesIt is an indoor amusement park so even if it's a weekday there are so many people. They have a lot of themes/rides but the queues are so long, so better buy a fast pass or something. We weren't able to explore everything since layout is a bit confusing, but it was still fun.Visited April 2023Travelled with familyWritten 10 June 2023
- William MManila, Philippines51 contributionsBest place to start your dayA fun amusement park with so many people. It is best to start your day visiting the park first since the line and waiting time for rides become longer during the day. Lots of choices for foods as well. Try wearing those fun and cute headbands as other park visitors do!Visited April 2023Travelled with familyWritten 8 July 2023
- katiePuerto Rico29 contributionsGet the Magic PassLotte Adventure consists of an indoor area and an outdoor area. The more extreme rides are outside. Definitely purchase a MagicPass - it’s worth every penny! The lines for the best rides were consistently 80-120 minutes throughout the day. With the Magic Pass we were pretty much able to walk on to any ride we wanted, until around 5pm when the park got really crowded. If you purchase your ticket on Klook, you’ll need to go to the group ticket counter to exchange your Klook voucher for an actual ticket. I’m not sure if we could have purchased a Magic Pass at that window, but we went inside and found out Magic Passes are only available outside the gates. So we had to go back out and wait in another line, but it was so worth it! We would have had a miserable day without the Magic Pass!Visited July 2023Travelled with familyWritten 24 July 2023
- Allison GriffithsCardiff, United Kingdom27 contributionsGreat day with familyWe are visiting our son who lives in Seoul and wentto lotte world yesterday. As it was raining all day we only got to visit inside park but we could have spent the whole day there. It was fantastic so well thought out .Great rides a wonderful parade.plenty of places to eat etc..only slight drawback was having to reserve a time for the busy rides but no real issueVisited September 2023Travelled with familyWritten 16 September 2023
- WillRod321Buan-gun, South Korea156 contributionsLotte World Adventure ParkFirst problem I noticed was the coach we traveled in was parked on the top level of the car park, this was extremely difficulty for a wheelchair user who was with us as there was no elevator to take them to the ground level, someone had to carry the wheelchair down 3 levels of stairs while others helped the wheelchair user down the stairs. Massive queuing was evident at every attraction, getting the magic pass is a must. I also found it was very crowded, which is not good should a fire break out. All that being said, it was still a good experience and my family and I did enjoy it.Visited September 2023Travelled with familyWritten 19 September 2023
- Shivam BAgra, India20 contributionsFun day despite the crowdsLotte world is a large theme park, with both outdoor and indoor areas. We went on a weekday and there was still a large crowd. Without the magic pass, we had around 15-20 min wait for most rides we did (We skipped the ones with 1 hour waits). As a foreigner, it was challenging to navigate the park as signage in english is limited. We could not figure out how to purchase the magic pass from inside the park. That being said, the outdoor rides were quite fun, and the indoor area had a lot of games and photo spots to keep us occupied. I wish this place would cater more to the international crowd, but it was still an enjoyable day overall.Visited August 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 30 September 2023
- juju0525Seoul, South Korea17 contributionsMust visit if you are a Theme Park mania!Visited Lotte World with a group of friends! My last visit was in December 2022, and here's few changes to highlight! 1. Reservation system for ride times - They opened reservation system for few popular attractions. So far this system is available for The Conquistador, Aeronauts Balloon Ride and French Revolution. Basically there are specific times that you can go to the attraction to make booking for a ride time. You can enjoy other rides and things until your ride time! (Note that you must visit to book together with your party) 2. Single Rider System - If there's an attraction that you want to ride alone, you can use Single Rider system. There's about 8 attractions which has this system. Suggest to check their website for more information! I would recommend to visit if you are travelling to Seoul and if you are big fan to Theme Park!Visited October 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 29 October 2023
- Sarah D4 contributionsWe loved it!We loved lotte world! Very easy to get to by subway. Our two year old daughter loved it and there were a lot of attractions for her to do. While she napped in the stroller mid-day, we visited the folk museum to learn more about Korean history. We highly recommend that as an add-on to the ticket because their museum is awesome and provides a lot of information!Visited October 2023Travelled with familyWritten 7 November 2023
- rlahuddinJakarta, Indonesia338 contributionsLack of recognizable character. A theme park without a themethis place is amazing but i came here with my daughters at Sunday and that is huge mistake.. it is crowded.. very very crowded.. even for just ride a merry-go-round, i need to wait for 15 minutes. just dont go to lotte world at holidays... i have seoul pass so lotte world is free to visit. well, this place is amazing but it is like disneyland without any disney characters.. they are lack of recognizable figure. I know some local cartoon is famous like "Tayo the little bus". Why they dont use it and pay the license? Compared to other theme park like Legoland, Universal Studios and Disneyland, which has unique branding, this lotte world is like standard theme park.Visited October 2023Travelled with familyWritten 8 November 2023

Avoid it like the plague. Overcrowded, huge queues, just my idea of hell. I get theme parks are like that, but this place also has booze up / brewery levels of organisation.

Queues, queues and more queues. Bought tickets online, with QR codes and nope, they are not tickets must queue up to exchange for tickets. Once in, 1/2 the rides shut the ones open massive queues, then find one to take out 2 year old - nope need a baby ticket. Not available. Must go to special booth to show passport, for which you queue for, and then once got your stamp, guess what…..queue up again for new ticket, Korea and Seoul are beautiful, this place is not

Lotte World is a fantastic theme park a variety of dark rides, thrill rides and stuff for kids. The parade and evening show were also professionally done. We went on a Monday, started right at open and many of the indoor rides were 10 minutes or less. Several we just walked on. The outdoor section was busier with the longest queue that we were in being about 40 minutes. A few tips to save time and money: 1. Go on a weekday but check school holidays in Korea and avoid those dates. 2. Go during the off season if you can - January to March prior to Spring Break 3. Use single rider lines (even if you have more than one person in your party). Doing this turned a 2 hour wait for the Atlantis roller coaster into a 15 minute one. There are a couple of rides that have this option. 4. Look for discounted tickets on Klook. We saved 20% booking that way and the exchange of digital vouchers to physical tickets was quick and easy. Lastly, make sure to visit the Folk Museum (accessible from Lotte World by elevator). It is a world class museum, was not crowded and has some incredible displays and artifacts.

We bought our tickets in advance online, and were given the instructions to exchange for physical tickets at the Lotte World Wild Tour Gate. We arrived 15-20minutes before opening time, and behold, the place was extremely crowded. As there were people everywhere, we couldn't see any signages on where to exchange the tickets and picked one queue, hoping it was right. Wrong queue! After a long wait, we were told to go to another booth (in front) to exchange the tickets before we rejoin the queue we were in. On the 2nd attempt, we were told magic pass is not available here. "Please go to the Main Gate." So we wasted quite a bit of our precious time figuring out where to go and which queues to join. What a start!
It was a very cold day in late December. Most of the outdoor rides were closed. But with our magic pass, we were able to skip the lines and enjoyed 7-8 indoor rides in 6 hours. It was a fun day!

Easily accessible by train or bus. Bought out tickets on Klook ours included the aquarium which I would maybe advise doing first. The cues for certain rides were up to 120mins. Some you could prebook/ make a reservation which I wish we could have known before hand. The folk museum was very interesting and something different to do than cue for rides. We had a fun day out and although we bought headbands ( a must to do) I wish we’d gone all out and rented school uniforms.

Visited Lotte World during December 2023, and it was massively crowded. Queues were very long at the popular rides so you might want to buy the Magic Pass early and not when you are in the park as there are limited places where you can buy these. The rides are quite fun and the kids enjoyed them very much. We bought snacks during the queue so we only had a “proper” meal at one of the restaurants during dinner time.

Awful. Wait times for rides were around 2 hours for so-so rides. There are a lot of really great things to do in Seoul that do not involve paying a substantial amount of money for the privilege of waiting in line with your kids.

If you are using Naver map to look for the Wild gate (where you can get ticket if you are using Discover Seoul Pass), what specific location should be typed? We’re not thinking of using subway but will use a car.

I think so. Magic pass is sold separately once you are inside so.
I took a picture at the magic castle and paid 15.000won at the printing counter. He gave me a bill which wrote the website and the code to download the pics to devices. However, I lost that bill. Is there anyone remembering the name of the website to download the pics, pls send me. Or is there any way to download the pics if losing the bill? Thank you.

Hi. There will be something for the toddlers but do note that most rides there's height restriction eg 110cm or 120 cm abv. My kids are 5&8. We noticed some rides eg kiddy bumper cars there's a fee stated of krw3k for kids with below 3 without a purchased tickets. U might want to check on the website on what are the rides suitable for below 3yrs. Cos although their entrance is free, the adult tickets still cost krw30k+ online. There's 50% disc for foreigner in sept during chuseok period. Do chk out their website.

We just used a site to buy tickets, voyagin. It was easy and simple and actually did this while waiting in line at the South Gate to collect our tickets. The tickets ended up being 34000 won per person instead of the 57000 won per person. Hope that helps. I would advise to go early as possible. Be there for 9:30 as soon as door opens so you can go on the rides with less cueing. As we found as the day progressed the lines got much longer and this was on a Monday.

Is it possible to leave and re-enter Lotte World on the same day?
We are travelling with a 21month old who needs to nap in the afternoon and stay in the Lotte World Hotel - hence we would like to leave for the duration of his nap and re-enter thereafter.
