Motifs emerging from traditional pottery and brushwork

The design of LOTTE World Tower took its motifs from the elegantly curved forms of traditional Korean pottery and calligraphy brushes. The stunning curvature of the whole building was inspired by characteristics often found in traditional artisanal objects in Korea, such as their polished and aesthetic simplicity.
