    Huge theme park
We bought tickets from KLOOK and exchanged for physical tickets at the main entrance (Wild Gate). We went on a Thursday and it was not overly crowded. Some rides had wait time of less than 30 min? As we were with a toddler, we did not manage to take many rides. For my child under 2 yo, we bought a baby ticket for her at 15k won. Many rides have a height requirement and she does not meet it so we went with her on many baby rides and those indoor play area. The nursing room on 1st Floor is good and clean. We did not manage to head out to the outdoor park which was a waste because it was drizzling. Nonetheless, I think it is worth a visit!

indoor amusement park with very long queues
It is an indoor amusement park so even if it's a weekday there are so many people. They have a lot of themes/rides but the queues are so long, so better buy a fast pass or something. We weren't able to explore everything since layout is a bit confusing, but it was still fun.

Best place to start your day
A fun amusement park with so many people. It is best to start your day visiting the park first since the line and waiting time for rides become longer during the day. Lots of choices for foods as well. Try wearing those fun and cute headbands as other park visitors do!

    Get the Magic Pass
Lotte Adventure consists of an indoor area and an outdoor area. The more extreme rides are outside. Definitely purchase a MagicPass - it’s worth every penny! The lines for the best rides were consistently 80-120 minutes throughout the day. With the Magic Pass we were pretty much able to walk on to any ride we wanted, until around 5pm when the park got really crowded. If you purchase your ticket on Klook, you’ll need to go to the group ticket counter to exchange your Klook voucher for an actual ticket. I’m not sure if we could have purchased a Magic Pass at that window, but we went inside and found out Magic Passes are only available outside the gates. So we had to go back out and wait in another line, but it was so worth it! We would have had a miserable day without the Magic Pass!

    Great day with family
We are visiting our son who lives in Seoul and wentto lotte world yesterday. As it was raining all day we only got to visit inside park but we could have spent the whole day there. It was fantastic so well thought out .Great rides a wonderful parade.plenty of places to eat etc..only slight drawback was having to reserve a time for the busy rides but no real issue

    Lotte World Adventure Park
First problem I noticed was the coach we traveled in was parked on the top level of the car park, this was extremely difficulty for a wheelchair user who was with us as there was no elevator to take them to the ground level, someone had to carry the wheelchair down 3 levels of stairs while others helped the wheelchair user down the stairs. Massive queuing was evident at every attraction, getting the magic pass is a must. I also found it was very crowded, which is not good should a fire break out. All that being said, it was still a good experience and my family and I did enjoy it.

    Fun day despite the crowds
Lotte world is a large theme park, with both outdoor and indoor areas. We went on a weekday and there was still a large crowd. Without the magic pass, we had around 15-20 min wait for most rides we did (We skipped the ones with 1 hour waits). As a foreigner, it was challenging to navigate the park as signage in english is limited. We could not figure out how to purchase the magic pass from inside the park. That being said, the outdoor rides were quite fun, and the indoor area had a lot of games and photo spots to keep us occupied. I wish this place would cater more to the international crowd, but it was still an enjoyable day overall.

Must visit if you are a Theme Park mania!
Visited Lotte World with a group of friends! My last visit was in December 2022, and here's few changes to highlight! 1. Reservation system for ride times - They opened reservation system for few popular attractions. So far this system is available for The Conquistador, Aeronauts Balloon Ride and French Revolution. Basically there are specific times that you can go to the attraction to make booking for a ride time. You can enjoy other rides and things until your ride time! (Note that you must visit to book together with your party) 2. Single Rider System - If there's an attraction that you want to ride alone, you can use Single Rider system. There's about 8 attractions which has this system. Suggest to check their website for more information! I would recommend to visit if you are travelling to Seoul and if you are big fan to Theme Park!

    We loved it!
We loved lotte world! Very easy to get to by subway. Our two year old daughter loved it and there were a lot of attractions for her to do. While she napped in the stroller mid-day, we visited the folk museum to learn more about Korean history. We highly recommend that as an add-on to the ticket because their museum is awesome and provides a lot of information!

Lack of recognizable character. A theme park without a theme
this place is amazing but i came here with my daughters at Sunday and that is huge mistake.. it is crowded.. very very crowded.. even for just ride a merry-go-round, i need to wait for 15 minutes. just dont go to lotte world at holidays... i have seoul pass so lotte world is free to visit. well, this place is amazing but it is like disneyland without any disney characters.. they are lack of recognizable figure. I know some local cartoon is famous like "Tayo the little bus". Why they dont use it and pay the license? Compared to other theme park like Legoland, Universal Studios and Disneyland, which has unique branding, this lotte world is like standard theme park.

Whilst at the beginning I thought it was a little pricey, the number of rides available to all and short wait time made it worthwhile. Only downside was the lack of English speaking guides within the park which made it a little difficult to get around. Other than that we had a great time

I visited Lotte world on a rainy day & the outdoor park was closed, but luckly it had indoor park was ineradicable huge park. For indoor park you can have great park for adult and children, different kind of activities were available.

I had to choose to visit either ''Everland'' or ''Lotte World". I chose to visit Lotte World as it was easier to access the park because I had late night flight on that day, so if you have limited time & you want to go to a theme park go to Lotte World as you can go by metro.

The inside of the park looks absolutely amazing. But that's where the fun stops. The park is so over crowded that ques for rides where hours long with ques snaking around the inside of the park overflowing the ride que systems. Some rides you would have to que for hours to just get a reservation ticket to the que for the ride later. We tried to go back to the gate for magic passes but they were unfortunately all sold out, and lotte worlds app/website won't cater to selling tickets to foreigners (need a koren number).

Overall don't visit during the summer unless you have a magic pass. Otherwise it's a big time waster.

We bought our tickets in advance online, and were given the instructions to exchange for physical tickets at the Lotte World Wild Tour Gate. We arrived 15-20minutes before opening time, and behold, the place was extremely crowded. As there were people everywhere, we couldn't see any signages on where to exchange the tickets and picked one queue, hoping it was right. Wrong queue! After a long wait, we were told to go to another booth (in front) to exchange the tickets before we rejoin the queue we were in. On the 2nd attempt, we were told magic pass is not available here. "Please go to the Main Gate." So we wasted quite a bit of our precious time figuring out where to go and which queues to join. What a start!

It was a very cold day in late December. Most of the outdoor rides were closed. But with our magic pass, we were able to skip the lines and enjoyed 7-8 indoor rides in 6 hours. It was a fun day!

This was our first time in Seoul and the first place that we visited.
They don't have a lot of attractions to do, and it's a bit pricey.
Every month they close some of the attractions on certain days.
I'm not sure why. Go on a weekday less crowded, and wear comfortable shoes!
Lotte World Adventure Park is not to miss! We still had a fun time!

Lotte World was a disappointing experience for us due to overcrowding, making us feel unsafe throughout our visit. The large number of visitors made it difficult to find even try any of the attractions, and the lack of proper crowd management raised safety concerns. Is there is anything happening inside the building, everyone will be trapped! Moreover, the bad service we encountered added to our frustration, as the staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to handle the high volume of guests efficiently. We hoped for a memorable day at the theme park but left feeling dissatisfied and concerned about the overall experience. We brought 9 tickets we went in and left in less than an hour! We asked for refunds and they seems like not understanding and unwilling to refund us at all! NOT please with this place!

This is the worst theme park I have ever been to. I thought the reviews here were exaggerating but I was wrong. All the outdoor attractions closed. Indoors the half decent attractions took 2 to 3 hours of queueing. This was an awful and boring day- I should have listened to other reviews- don't make my mistake by trying it out!

This review is for the ice rink. We had a terrible time. We arrived at 5 and it took quite a while for us to get skates and then buy the mandatory gloves for who knows what reason.

When we got on, I almost fell immediately. The ice was in terrible shape. It was incredibly watery and slippery. I got off because the helmets were so ill fitting and we were looking for smaller ones. The smallest was the orange medium, which was gigantic for both me and my son. We had to put our jacket hoods on just to keep them from slipping over our eyes.

When we about to get back on, the Zamboni came out. Then when it was done, they had us stay off the ice another 15 minutes, which effectively killed 30 minutes of our paid skate time. I’ve skated for a long time and the ice is generally cleaned for 15 minutes before skaters are allowed back on. 30 seems like just a money-grab, especially as they did nothing but put out cones. The same is done at other rinks in a few minutes.

I’m so thoroughly disappointed in this awful rink. I hate that I wasted my money here for what amounted to just 30 minutes on the ice.

My family arrived at 11 am. We could only ride 2 rides so far (the time now is 5:12 pm). It is overcrowded. People use the wrong escalators because it’s just too overcrowded. The food is over priced (7000 won for an ade that is diluted).
The staff is rude. My family wanted to get a refund however it was so crowded we could not even get to the information desk.
